Very enjoyable....
Pros:

Breakfast excellent...Great variety....lovely staff in the area..

Cons:

Thought supply of towels....2 sharing ...got 2 lovely baths heels but only one hand towel

No sleep due to fire

Good location, nice and clean

Cons:

Electrical fire in the hotel during the night, had to evacuate.. when eventually told we were to go back to our rooms because it was dealt with, we still couldn’t sleep with the strong smelling of smoke

Best service!
Pros:

Laura is a wonderful waitress. She was so friendly and fun, had great attention to detail - ensuring our youngest was catered for. Staff like Laura are why people come back ….. she was fantastic

Bad dinner experience, all other aspects good.
Pros:

A positive experience in many aspects however a very disappointing experience at dinner. I ordered the beef at a very bust time in the restaurant. When it arrived the cut of beef that was on the plate was atrocious. It was grisly and fatty. It was the end of the piece and should not have been served.
The waitress asked me if everything was alright, I explained that the beef was terrible and asked her to forward this on to the chef. I remained in the restaurant for another 20-30 minutes and no one approached me to give either an explanation or an apology.
All other aspects of our stay were good.
