The room was very comfortable. We had a good dinner with very good service.
It was a busy weekend and it was busy in the breakfast room.
Breda was the only friendly person we met in the bar/restaurant on Saturday evening

It was booked for my inlaws and they had a wonderful experience. Food was gorgeous dinner and breakfast, staff were friendly and welcoming especially Liz and David on reception.
The room had a very spacious bathroom with jacuzzi. They are looking forward to staying again in Nov and Dec and said they may even stay again before then.

The amount of emails, messages and notifications leading up to stay. I had been contacted and notified through my gmail and booking.com app on the countdown to my stay as well as asking if i wanted to make any modifications to my booking like booking in for dinner etc., for about a week before my stay. After I didnt reply to any of the messages, as I was staying in the hotel to attend a party, i didnt need dinner reservations etc. I recieved a phone call 2 days before my stay, while I was abroad asking if Id like to be booked in for dinner. Then when we checked in i got messages through whats app from the hotel. I felt like i was being bombarded and it actually put me off the stay to be honest. Its an unneccesary about of times to contact someone before their stay.
