Absolutely one of the best parts of our trip. The staff is so kind, and service was perfect! Everytime we left the staff tidied our room. The location was convenient, views amazing. We will def stay here again

Pictures are much better than the property itself. The property is way too dated and not worth the price. We decided to try this hotel solely based on reviews and pictures; however when we arrived at this hotel we were sadly disappointed. This is an overpriced no frills hotel with a below average breakfast buffet. Also, the hotel is by a noisy street so you cannot enjoy sitting in the room balcony. This is not a 4 star hotel - at best it is a 2.5 star hotel. You can get much better hotels at similar pricing.

Pros: Helpful onsite and front desk staff and conveniently located.
Cons: Unresponsive concierge prior to arrival (after we booked this hotel we contacted them several times on email and phone to get information about our package. We received minimal communication - they are not at all helpful), dated property, noisy street which gets loud in the night overpowering chemical smell and below average breakfast buffet.

Sina Flora was amazing. This Hotel was the most beautiful in capri. I did one night but the mood was so cool. The welcome was perfect. But one thing, the balcony door wouldn’t close properly. But even with that the hotel still keeps its charm. The hotel doesn’t really deserve 5 stars, but it’s not bad either.

loved the pool. so nice after hot walks in the city shopping. very comfortable bed and great shower. laundry service was great.

We stayed at Sina Flora in August 2025 as a family, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Capri in summer can be incredibly busy, but this hotel felt like a peaceful retreat tucked away from the crowds.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive.
The pool area was great — quiet, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The location is ideal: just a short walk from the town square, yet far enough to feel secluded. Sina Flora truly felt like an oasis, and we couldn’t have asked for a better base to experience Capri.

Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a luxurious yet peaceful stay on the island.

The hotel is nice but needs a bit of upgrading.
The cleaning team is very loud and disturb the sleep in the morning.

The hotel is nice but looks and feels dated. The pictures that are on the website and booking websites are very edited.
Nice to have a spacious room, but the cleaning team using the nearby cupboards were really loud, I am talking about slamming doors and speaking loudly at 7/8 am.
No “do not disturb “ sign was in the room.
They offer a pick up service from the ferry and even the ferry journey but it’s ridiculously expensive.
I was told that a representative of the hotel would meet me at the ferry, but nobody showed up.
The swimming pool is nice but small; towels are provided.
Staff are polite.
Breakfast is good.
Overall it’s a nice place but lacks refinement and has area for improvement.
Location is good.

Renovated

We loved that the property was so cutely decorated and had so much history. It also had the best view! We couldn't take our eyes away from the beautiful views this property had to offer. It also offered a very convenient location to shopping, restaurants, and the trail to the beach. We will be back for sure!

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! It is a hidden gem! The 3rd floor ocean view pool view rooms are simply magnificent and worth every penny. The personal attention is wonderful. Breakfast is lovely. The hotel is in a great location. The only criticism I have is I wish the pool stayed open until sunset, closing at 6pm is too early. Otherwise it's a truly fantastic hotel.
