Pros:

Disfruté mucho de la paz y la tranquilidad. Todo el personal del restaurante fue muy amable. Desde la terraza se puede contemplar el mar. ¡Excepcional!

Decepción
Pros:

La habitación era muy buena, todo más o menos nuevo. Había un baño y un aseo que estaban muy bien. El tamaño de la habitación era muy bueno al tener separada la habitación con las camas del salón con la pequeña cocina y la terraza era de muy buen tamaño y con buenas vistas.

Cons:

El trato del personal dejaba mucho que desear. Un trato desagradable en algunos casos y condescendiente en otros, con la información que te facilitan a la llegada muy escasa teniendo que ir enterándote tú de las cosas y si preguntas con unas contestaciones que dejan mucho que desear. La comida muy poca variedad y no muy bien cocinada, la carne y el pescado siempre solían estar crudos. Se venden como un hotel para niños por el tema de tener acceso a piscina con toboganes, pero en el caso del desayuno las opciones para niños muy pocas. Las piscinas se encuentran fuera del recinto, explicación que te dan para encontrarlas, "están un poco más adelante", por lo que el primer día nos tocó dar varias vueltas hasta encontrarlas. Son una piscina municipal con 3 toboganes y con un aforo de casi 500 personas por lo que en hora punta estaban muy llena. En general muy decepcionante y sin hacerte sentir cómodo ni que podías preguntar nada.

el año que viene mas, será el 4 año que vamos
Pros:

La animación es estupenda, ya es el 3er año que vamos. La comida este año me gusto mas que el año anterior. Las camareras, recepción, limpieza todos super amables, me siento como en casa.

Está muy limpio y tranquilo, está cerca de la playa, el personal super amable, el bufet está muy bien excepto en el desayuno el beicon y la salchichas que ponen dan asco deberían mirar eso 🙂
