Cómoda y contenta con mi mascota
Pros:

La atención del personal fue excelente, muy amables y atentos, prestos incluso con mi mascota que le dieron chuches y guardaron su comida en el refrigerador, me ayudaron además a cargar mi equipaje y a buscar parking, me recomendaron sitios por la zona para comer, ver la final del mundial, la habitación, el servicios las toallas y las sábanas impecables. El desayuno es bastante variado, hay para todos los gustos en un espacio amplio, limpio y cómodo. Repetiré y lo recomendaré sin duda.

Todo está bien, nada negativo que decir.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil du personnel et la climatisation.

Cons:

L'hôtel a besoin d'un rafraîchissement. La chambre très sommaire et minimaliste. Serviettes de bain sales. Chambre payée 155 euros, elle en vaut 50 euros maximum. Dosette de gel douche et shampooing pas suffisant pour se laver. Pas de miroir en dehors de la salle de bain. L'hôtel ne possède pas de parking. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement à 2km ou dans un parking à 20 euros la nuit. Pas de frigo, ni de cendrier sur la terrasse. Je donne la note de 6/10, passable.

Absolutely recommended
Pros:

The hotel is located near to the city centre, everything is around few steps away. This is the perfect choice if you would like to discover the beach area and the nightlife of Benidorm.
The hotel staff is extremely nice, there is not any person who is not smiling at you, even if you have any stupid question. :) Great stay, absolutely recommended.
