Grand Hotel Villa Parisi

I got married in Villa Parisi in June. Our experience at this venue was perfect. The food was great with every dish beautifully presented. The service was excellent, the staff was professional and made sure that everything was taken care of. The rooms were comfortable and elegant. The organisation of the entire event was seamless, leaving us stress-free and able to enjoy the day. Our guests had a great time and complimented the venue as well. I highly recommend Villa Parisi.

I have been all over the world and this is one of my favorite hotels. The location is amazing and very private. The platforms built into the rocks are so unique and the swimming area very private. We took our 2 daughters and they loved it. It's a short walk to town so you don't even need a car. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We felt like we were staying with family. I love how small and quaint it is which added to the family feeling. We will definitely be back.

We came in July 2024 and stayed here for a friend's wedding which was fantastically well organised by the hotel. Absolutely amazing place to arrange weddings. The place is so stunning in terms of friendly and professional staff, great view with sunset, great food and wine. Pool area is clean and nice.Staff is super flexible and they do their best to make sure that everything go perfect.The view is amazing, the area around the pool great for lounging or you can walk down to a pontoon by some rocks at the back of the hotel for a dip in the sea. A sandy beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We didn't try the restaurant as the wedding was excellently catered. Breakfast however was very good, lots of cakes and pastries as well as meat and cheese. Fresh coffee with breakfast was great. The main thing about this hotel is how good the service was. We had the opportunity to meet the owner of the property Francesca Morosi, A beautiful person both inside and out. We got out of the train station and called the hotel and since there are no taxis around as most people just walk or drive, she came personally with her private car to pick us up. Great location , so close to town and very friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere , lovely swimming pool and access to the beach. Easy to park our car. What more can you ask for on a vacation! Great for what we needed for a 2 night stay with the family.

Stunning location in a lovely residential area of the charming centre of Castiglioncello, with lots of high end restaurants, gelato restaurants and nice boutiques just a short stroll away. The hotel gives a striking first impression with historical grandeur. We were swiftly checked in, with parking for the car and offer of help with the luggage. We were then invited for a tour and welcome aperitif.
The rooms was okay but what really sets this hotel apart from many others is the location, with private access to the sea, complete with several areas throughout a nicely developed cliff with stairs. We spent most of our day by the sea, on the hotels comfortable sun lounges.
The restaurant was only open for dinner one night. But as we had made prior reservations we ended up dining out every night. The breakfast was nice, with nice coffees made to order. The pool had a pool bar, serving arguably the best Aperol we did have throughout this holiday.

Someone in earlier reviews mentioned the handyman, the janitor. It must be the same guy - as his friendly, cheerful, authentic Italian way of meeting people really helped enhance our stay.

To avoid disappointment, when booking, if you want a room facing the sea, make sure you get sea view / front room, as some of the rooms on the side is listed partly (lateral) sea view. It might be worth the extra money as the views are simply breathtaking.

The terrace view from our room was breathtaking! The staff was so inviting made us feel like family. Knew our favorite table and drinks after the first night. Place to come and just relax and enjoy the sights or swim in the cove. We can’t wait to make our regular destination visit!

Stayed three nights with family in august. Fantastic location along the sea with fabulous views and private beach comfortably equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Pool good sized allows for lap swimming. Delicious full buffet breakfast included in rate, even with cappuccinos! Attentive hotel staff well conversant in English. Clean, comfortable rooms. Dinner on site with great food and wine, or the town only a five minute walk away with shops. and restaurants, cafes. No question my new favorite hotel. Book early, fills up!

My husband and I married in Villa Parisi in July 2019.

From the first moment we visited Villa Parisi the staff, wedding planner and owners treated us as family. While the views are amazing and the villa is perfect; it is the service, the attention to detail and the care shown by every single person involved in the wedding that makes Villa
Parisi wonderful and beyond anything we could imagined.

The reasons we first picked Villa Parisi were that it is close to an amenity and accommodation rich village, with a direct train from Pisa and stunning views, however, in choosing this villa we got so much more than we could have dreamed for.

The team at Villa Parisi always did everything in their power to make our day magical. All guests have remarked on how helpful and friendly the staff were. The abundant food and drinks were superb and certainly like nothing we had experienced before.

The always patient in-house wedding planner responded with care and the upmost attention to every question we asked and could not have been more helpful. The preparation in the months before the wedding and on the day of the wedding were completed seamlessly.

We would happily recommend this venue to anyone looking for a magical Tuscan wedding in a stunning sea-side villa.

We have been there for almost one week. Three families plus one extra room for our friends.Definitely location is amazing, swimming pool area and access to the sea really wonderful. Unfortunately this in not enough when the hotel staff is unfriendly. For the first breakfast we get an instant coffee which i didn't expect can happen in Italy. Explanation was that most of the guest from East are drinking instant coffee. Another problem was with omelets and fresh orange juice - no orange juice every second day and omelets made from powder eggs. Probably we wouldn't notice a difference but every second omelet was made from real eggs. To order a drink in the evening we need to wait min 20 and even though we need to go to the waiter and ask him directly - never asked if we want more...same at the swimming pool - to order a coffee you need to wait 10 min. We felt there as a enemy which shouldn't n been a case. Check - out took them more than 1 hour and we almost missed a train. Amazing view didn't compensate stay there.

We were upgraded to a sea view room which was great. Welcome was excellent.

Beautifully presented with staff who could not do enough to try and make our stay more enjoyable.

Réservation à 285 E/nuit,en principe à ce tarif, on s'attend à une chambre et hôtel sympathique ...En arrivant, nous avons "la chance" d'être surclassés avec vue mer et terrasse (pour info:360E/nuit). Et là ...Mise à part la vue, splendide,je n'ai jamais eu une chambre aussi exiguë, sans aucune prestation, un ecran tv de la taille d'un ipad (en cohérence avec la taille de la chambre...), une sdb sombre et minuscule,une terrasse avec fuite d'eau,draps non changés durant le séjour (4 nuits) etc.. En résumé, un rapport qualité/prix désastreux ... A éviter et à oublier !!

Veldig bra beliggenhet og stemning

Välskött och vackert beläget hotell med tillgång till pool, klippbad och en något svårtillgänglig sandstrand - en bit bort från hotellet.
Hotellets restaurang tyvärr stängd båda kvällarna som vi bodde där, utan närmare förklaring. Fanns dock rätt gott om alternativ, fråga gärna i receptionen.

Kändes från första stund att jag som gäst är viktig. Personal guidade oss runt hotellet och som avslutning bjöd man på en drink på terassen. Mycket trevlig och service inriktad personal, terassen och poolen med underbar utsikt. Ett hotell vi gärna återvänder till. PS.Att bjudas på prosecco och ostron innan middagen var inte fel.
