Cons:

This hotel does not live up to its star rating. The rooms are tiny, and the property is located right on a noisy and busy street, making it impossible to get a proper rest—you can even hear people snoring through the walls from the neighboring room.
The overall cleanliness is lacking: the carpets are dirty and the bed linen was stained. Furthermore, the staff was unfriendly. The bathroom is poorly designed, with nowhere to put your toiletries, no space for your shampoo in the shower, and the soap and shampoo provided are of unknown origin and likely the cheapest available.
To top it all off, the entire experience was deeply disappointing

Pros:

Am avut un sejur foarte plăcut, de la sosire până la plecare. Am apreciat în mod deosebit amabilitatea și disponibilitatea personalului, curățenia, confortul și faptul că orice am avut nevoie sau am solicitat s-a rezolvat prompt și fără probleme. Micul dejun a fost foarte gustos și consistent, pregătit proaspăt, iar pe lângă felul principal există și o zonă tip bufet cu pâine, deserturi, cereale, lapte, apă, suc și cafea. Un detaliu foarte frumos este că, dacă nu ajungi la ora stabilită pentru micul dejun, personalul te sună în cameră pentru a te anunța că este gata.

Cons:

Nu am nimic de reproșat.
Experiența noastră a fost foarte plăcută pe întreaga perioadă a sejurului.

The hotel is very clean and well located. I always come here with my family when we travel to București. The staff is very nice and professional and are ready to help with any issue. In particular I would like to mention Dana Stere, she was very helpful and kind.

Breakfast was great! The neighborhood was also great with a nearby market and great sushi spot and sando bar.

Cons:

The air conditioning never worked properly and the rooms were always extremely warm. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. With the lack of air conditioning and the hard bed, a good nights sleep was challenging.
