Le cadre est agréable et ressourçant.

Le petit déjeuner est bon, la piscine est belle.
Le spa est appréciable.

Cons:

Le restaurant, indépendant de l'hôtel, n'est pas du tout à la hauteur du site.

Pas de cartes des vins, très peu de choix.

Le menu présenté est semi gastronomique, hors le repas n'est à pas la hauteur de l'ambition.
Les plats sont simples, certes bons mais pas du standard évoqués.

Pour l'hôtel, un petit plus sur la propreté du site serait un plus pour le site.

Tranquil and serene setting in the French countryside in a beautiful restored manor.
Pros:

Fabulous and peaceful hotel spa in the middle of the French countryside! Gloriously renovated and restored! After a busy week in any large city coming here was a delight. The hotel manager treated us like family, we felt cared for in an extraordinary situation when our rental car was disabled! They helped us make alternative arrangements with a taxi service and train.

Cons:

You really do need a car to get here since it is in the middle of the beautiful French countryside.

The members of staff are really friendly and helpful. So peaceful and quiet area, my daughter and I love this hotel very much! We would love to recommend this to our friends and family, definitely give 5 stars to it.

Notre séjour
Pros:

Accueil agréable.
Toutes les infos nécessaires nous sont données.
Le buffet du matin est bon. Pris en extérieur face à un paysage agréable.
Un trajet pour relier la Chaise-Dieu plus simple et moins stressant que les deux trajets que nous avions suivis précédemment. Certes jolis en pleine forêt mais une chaussée très étroite.
Notre séjour au domaine Saint Roch a été des plus plaisant.
