De airco deed het niet, er was geen enkel alternatief.
We zijn vertrokken
Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Voldoende keuze en voldoende ruimte. Voor elk wat wils.
Incheck was wat chaotisch en als we eerder op de kamers wilden kostte dat € 28,- per kamer extra. Dat was ons te gortig.
Mijn kamer is geannuleerd zonder reden
Kamer is geannuleerd, volgeboekt hotel, kamer die over was gekregen. Zonder airco, 29 graden.

It was cole to the station and the city. Really nice and clean room with a TV , seating area and large bed. Really nice shower and airco.

De ligging, makkelijk te bereiken en het is een mooi pand met een mooi terras
De airco was kapot, in plaats daarvan stond er een ventilator die veel lawaai maakte. Een geluidsoverlast van een alarm op een deur in de gang bleef de hele avond en nacht piepen, er werd na melding van mij, beloofd dat er wat aangedaan werd, maar dat gebeurde niet. De kamer zag er afgeleefd uit. Bedlampje deed het niet. Rijp voor renovatie!

We arrived very early but after a short wait in a very pleasant seating area, our room was ready and we also received a free upgrade so all was good with the check in. It was very hot when we were there (35c and more) so the air conditioned room and public areas were very welcome. Very comfortable room and large bed, as well as kettle and coffee machine plus plenty of toiletries. Good breakfast the next morning and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We chose to walk the 1 mile or so into the town, even though it was hot but there are buses. We have stayed at this hotel probably a dozen times over the last 10 years and its always been very good.

Hotel heeft mooie ligging
Inchecken duurde heel lang. Personeel sprak alleen Engels. Bij aankomst op de kamer lag er een briefje met de mededeling dat de airco stuk was. Ter compensatie kregen we een fles verfrissend (kraan)water. De kamer was zeer heet en de zon stond volop op het raam. Ook was niet voldaan aan onze voorkeur voor bedden. We konden geen andere kamer krijgen en hebben besloten om naar huis te gaan. Met pijn en moeite 50% terug gekregen, terwijl we 5 minuten op onze kamer zijn geweest. Het was netjes geweest als het hotel ons vooraf had gebeld en ons de keuze had gegeven om kosteloos te annuleren.

Standard DZ etwas zu klein, Bewegungsfreiheit minimal, Lage zur Durchgangsstrasse hin (eigentlich Upgrade wegen Balkon) nicht nutzbar, da bis in die Abendstunden verkehrslaut
Très bien situé à 25mn de la gare à pied dans un cadre verdoyant. L’hôtel a une belle histoire de plus d’1 siècle
Le petit déjeuner est copieux et il y a du choix

Panne de climatisation en pleine canicule .
Pas de ventilation, pas possible d’ouvrir les fenêtres. Pas de ventilateur pour compenser. Nous avons passé une première nuit sans pouvoir dormir.
Ils ont tout de même pu trouver une autre chambre qui n’était pas sous les toits le 2eme jour. toujours sans climatisation mais moins chaude.
