Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful! They held our luggage when we arrived in the early morning and suggested a wonderful place to sit and have a coffee with breakfast. They arranged taxis for us and gave good suggestions on surrounding sites. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. A wonderful stay all around!

Cons:

Café da manhã pouco diverso. Além disso, vários hóspedes faziam marmitas para levar sem que ninguém do hotel falasse algo. Por várias vezes fiquei sem comer adequadamente.

Nähe U Bahn., Betten würden täglich gemacht und immer neue Handtücher.

Alles in die Jahre gekommen und etwas dreckig. , vor allem Fenster und abwischbare Wände würden wenig gepflegt.

Pros:

Hotel bem bonitinho, muito limpo e bem confortável. Roupas de cama e banho boas. Quarto silencioso e espaçoso. Ar condicionado bom. Wi-Fi bom. Localização do hotel não é muito interessante para o turismo, não tem pontos turísticos próximos e nem notei boa oferta de restaurantes, mas fica bem perto de uma estação de metrô.

O café da manhã é bem básico.

Esta estadia foi paga a uma pessoa externa á empresa, pedi várias vezes que me enviassem a fatura por email, liguei inclusivamente para o Hotel com esse pedido e a pessoa que me atendeu respondeu com ironia e sarcasmo (como se a minha questão fosse descabida) e depois deram a fatura á pessoa externa da empresa e nunca a enviaram por email.
