Pros:

Die Lage!

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war sehr alt. Die Tür zum Badezimmer wirkte provisorisch und war nicht abgeschlossen bis zum Rahmen.

Ein wundervoller Kurzurlaub (1 Nacht)

Ein sehr, sehr liebes Team im ganzen Hotel. Kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Cons:

Leider waren wir nur 1 Nacht da... 😔

Es war so wundervoll, dass ich gerne länger geblieben wäre.

Die Lage vom Hotel liegt im Zentrum. Netter Service. Die Zimmerpreise sind super.

Really happy, it was easy to get to - 15-20 mins taxi ride from Nuremberg airport
Pros:

The room was clean, it had everything I needed. It was quiet and the staff were super friendly, I arrived very late and they were really helpful and friendly when I arrived and checked in.

Cons:

There was a separate ironing room, which was a bit strange.

Pros:

El personal de recepción.
Fui por una boda, y el personal fue excelente. Me ayudaron en todo lo que necesitaba, en especial una chica española (turno de noche), y un chico alemán, Yunes, en turno de mañana.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Het ontbijt was goed

Cons:

De communicatie was bij aankomst zeer slecht. Het meisje achter de receptie deed geen moeite om fatsoenlijk met ons te communiceren. (Dat was bij het uit checken wel goed)
En dat je voor je een meter in het hotel was al 50 euro borg en 21 euro voor het parkeren moest betalen was bij ons niet bekend.
En heb ik nog nooit in een hotel meegemaakt.

Nie wieder NH-Hotels!
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich. Die Lage ist ok.

Cons:

Aufgrund Renovierungsarbeiten war das Wasser zwischen 09 und 18Uhr komplett abgestellt. Trotzdem wurde der volle Preis berechnet. Da das Personal dann auch kein Wasser zum Reinigen des Zimmers hatte, war das Bad nicht sauber und in der Toilette befanden sich noch die Reste des vorherigen Gastes. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach und wahnsinnig hellhörig. Man hört sämtliche Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern und vom Flur.

Die Lage - sehr zentral, 5 min Fußweg bis in die Fußgängerzone; 5 min Autofahrt ab Abfahrt Autobahn!
Zimmer zur Seitenstraße - aber sehr gut gedämmt, fast ohne Straßengeräusche. Sehr sauber.

this experience could have been better if staff is more friendly.
