Overall really enjoyed our stay here.
Pros:

The Manor is a cool older building in a great location right downtown. The people at reception were very kind and receptive to our requests. The breakfast was excellent!

Cons:

It does get the noises of a big city.

Not as good as the first time we stayed, older and unkept feeling.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Location is excellent, we have stayed here before. Room was fine.

Cons:

No hot water in the morning for showers.No notification that there was a problem, apparently it went off night before, no one sent in to fix. Clothes dryer front kept flying off. Shower wet all the floor, soaked it up with towel, which was then sopping wet for 3 days, tried to wash and dry it, dryer was rubbish.

Pros:

Great unit, love the look of it, perfect location and wonderful breakfast. Overall just marvelous.

Great sized apartment, immaculately clean. Excellent location

Cons:

The breakfast was unfortunately not the best set up. Waiting a long time to have each plate served wasn’t ideal. Self serve might have moved more efficiently. That’s the only downside for us, the rest was excellent

Great stay.
Pros:

Big space, location was great, I did wish my room was a bit higher as the second floor I was on.

Cons:

The provided breakfast, it was first time I have had someone make a plate for me, and you know, some people would like to eat more than just one plate, but it feels much intimidating when I go for seconds or third, even though it is technically unlimited gourmet breakfast. I wish breakfast was changed into self served. Everything else was fantastic.

Perfection!
Pros:

The whole experience was amazing. The lady at reception was so helpful, friendly and cheerful as were the ladies in the breakfast room. The breakfast was great. Our unit was lovely and clean and very comfortable.

Manor Excellence
Pros:

The Manor is well located in the heart of Brisbane. Very friendly, courteous and efficient reception staff. I loved the room as it was quiet, clean and with every amenity a person could need. From a fully functional kitchen to a washing machine and dryer. There is beautiful art work in corridors with historical photographs of this amazing building. A bonus is the breakfast. A great variety of delicious food served by friendly and attentive staff. All in all, great value for money. I highly recommend this hotel when you stay in Brisbane.
