Awesome stay at The Manor Apartments
Pros:

We found the location in the CBD to be perfect. It’s close to shopping, transportation, and groceries, yet quiet at night. Reception and breakfast staff were warm and friendly. Outstanding breakfast!

Great apartment. Unfortunately our late arrival hindered a smooth check in.
Pros:

The apartment was excellent. Spacious, clean, and good bed.

Cons:

Difficulty with actually getting in using the lock box. The code given was incorrect, and we had to call several times to actually get in.
Outside the room in the hallway were big yellow plastic bins, which we felt were a fire hazard.

Pros:

Great location!. Loved the cosy apartment. Bed was so comfortable. Great breakfast was included which was a bonus! The gentleman in reception was very friendly and helpful.

A little gem in the CBD with everything you need for a few days stay in Brisbane.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, very central and also close to supermarkets and public transport. Staff are always very helpful and pleasant. Room size is generous and beds are comfortable. The room is also very quiet. Breakfast is always sufficient and tasty. Great value for money. We have stayed here many times.

Cons:

Not a big deal - the hotel is a little dated with facilities and decor however it is very comfortable for a few days

The breakfast was good, and the staff in the breakfast area were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The portacot we were provided had the wrong mattress, which is not a safe sleeping space for a baby. We were charged $20 extra for a poorly designed, faulty portacot. When I went to ask about it, I was advised they would "look around" for another mattress. Instead, an alternate portacot was provided. This was slightly better with the previous mattress, although was still the wrong size. This should really be addressed and new portacots or mattresses purchased. This is a safety issue for small children. I would expect if I'm going to be charged additional, the quality would be of a higher standard.

Great location and facilities - need better out of hours maintenance arrangements.

Cons:

Air conditioning was not working when we returned to Apartment after a ferry trip in the afternoon. Rang the helpline which appeared to be a call centre - person had no clue of the layout or facilities in the apartment - had us searching under cushions etc for a non existent remote control. Eventually arranged for maintenance to come to us - he could not fix the sweltering heat. Assigned us a different apartment but gave no help with moving luggage etc. it was stressful.
