Hotel met een fijn zwembad in het midden van Old Town.
Pros:

Goed bed, prima airco.
Fijn zwembad! Proper.
Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De kamer was een beetje afgeleefd en heeft wat liefde nodig. Weinig keukenmateriaal in de keuken van de studio. Bij aankomst zeer doordringende geur van sigaretten in de gang en kamer. In de badkamer ook een geur van beerput. Op dag 2 was dit wel veel beter. Wifi verbinding was niet heel sterk.

Amazing stay in a quiet location with friendly staff
Pros:

We had an amazing stay, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is located in the old city centre, but in a very calm and quiet area, so we did not experience any loud noise.
There is a tram stop about a 7 minute walk away. The T1 line can take you directly to the airport. There are no free beaches nearby, but there is a bus stop about a 5-8 minute walk away, with a bus that takes you directly to the largest public beach on the other side of the city.
The hotel has a large pool with a pleasant water temperature, and it was never crowded. The AC worked perfectly and kept our room at the temperature we wanted. The breakfast was nice and tasty, with typical Turkish breakfast dishes such as tomatoes, cheese, olives, and çay. Reception is available 24h, and housekeeping is available upon request.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a slightly wider selection of food for breakfast, such as pastries, fruit, and vegetables. Breakfast was only served until 9:30 am. It would have been nice if it had been available until 10:30 am., as we liked to sleep in.
The bathroom looked a little outdated, but that is a matter of personal taste, and all the facilities worked properly.

Highly not recommended very poor place smells bad.
Cons:

The owner was extremely rude, place smelled very bad and very unhygenic. I left a few hours after paying he said he will charge one night and give back money for two nights which he didnt either. For anyone reading this pay a bit extra and stay elsewhere these people are no good management.

most enjoyable and great location within the old city.
Pros:

The breakfast was very tasty and had a wide range of options to choose from. The swimming pool was fantastic and enjoyed by our whole family. The staff were most helpful and friendly.

Pros:

The hotel's location in the old town was ideal. The hot weather meant that the swimming pool was very welcome for us. The breakfast was a buffet style with a reasonable range of choices.

Pros:

The location of the hotel was great, we could walk to every restaurant and to the city center.
The staff were really friendly and helped us with everything. The outside area was also really good.

Cons:

Breakfast was not the best. Everything was tasty, but we had higher expectations. On the first night, one of the sheets was old and itchy. Since we arrived late, I didn't want to bother anyone, but they changed it the next day and it was great.

Spacious and comfortable family stay - with a refreshing pool!
Pros:

We loved the quiet yet convenient location.
Our family room was clean, comfortable and spacious.
The pool was actually really great - especially after a hot day of sightseeing! Pool towels are provided and you can also borrow these to take to the beach!
Fantastic location, close to several shops and restaurants. An easy walk into the town centre.
We also loved the onsite supply of drinks - sooo good to be able to buy water and other drinks whenever we wanted, at very good prices.

The hosts were very nice and accommodating of anything we needed.

Cons:

It’s a little old and dated.
There’s nowhere to hang towels.

Отель расположен очень удачно, в самом центре, близко до всего. Но сам отель какой-то неуютный и необжитой. Всего пара мелочей, которые легко решаются, но когда их нет, это ощущается. 

В ванной комнате огромное пространство, но нет ни стула, ни крючков, куда можно было бы положить или повесить одежду. Полотенца всего по два на человека, одно большое для тела, другое для рук, для головы полотенца нет. Куда девать мокрые полотенца, когда помылся, или купальники после бассейна, чтобы просушить, тоже непонятно. В душе нет ни одной полочки чтобы поставить шампунь и бальзам, или крючка для мочалки, только круглая мыльница в которой даже шампунь не поставить. Не хватает стакана для зубных щёток, приходится просто класть их на полку. Из туалета несёт канализацией, окна нужно всегда держать открытыми, а дверь закрытой, иначе и в комнате тоже воняет. 

Комната тоже большая, много свободного места, но кондиционер зачем-то висит ровно над кроватью и дует тоже на нее, поэтому на ночь его не включить, спишь в духоте. Мы шторку максимально поднимали вверх, оставляя микрощель, тогда бьёт по потолку, а не по кроватям. Простыней на 4 человек дали 3 штуки, одеял или пледов тоже нет. Под кроватями и в углах грязно.

Завтрак средний. Визуально изобилие создаёт большое количество тарелок с сыром и оливками, и если убрать их, то из существеного только майонезные салаты (в жару даже не рискнула их трогать), варёная картошка, яйца, огурцы, помидоры, тушеный перец. Небогато, но вкусно. А вот Кофе - позор для Турции. Тот что в капельной кофеварка настолько прозрачный, что лучше пить растворимый из банки, чем этот.

За завтраком всегда стоит 2 сотрудника и смотрят как ты ешь. Вероятно, это должно означать сервис, но ощущение что ты под конвоем.

Pros:

The location was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The room also smelled very pleasant, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the overnight staff member. The young man working the morning shift was polite but less welcoming in comparison.
The breakfast was quite simple, but everything was fresh and tasty, making it a nice way to start the day. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The windows were very small and dirty, so we almost never opened them. The extra children's beds left in the hallways also didn't create a very good impression.

There was mold in the shower.

I was also surprised that the hotel charged us 1,000 TRY (around €19) when I wanted to invite a guest to my room. For example, my friend had checked out of another hotel and didn't have anywhere to stay for a couple of hours before leaving. I invited him to my room so he could leave his backpack there and relax for 3–4 hours. He had to pay 1,000 TRY, even though he wasn't allowed to use the hotel's only facility-the pool. I found this policy quite unreasonable.

Außergewöhnliche familiäre Aufenthalt
Pros:

1. Unterkunft: Die Suiten waren geräumig,
modern und blitzsauber. Die bequeme
Bettwäsche und die Annehmlichkeiten im
Zimmer trugen wesentlich zu meinem
Wohlbefinden bei.
2. Service: Das Hotelpersonal war
außerordentlich zuvorkommend und
hilfsbereit. Ihre Liebe zum Detail und ihre
ständige Erreichbarkeit haben meinen
Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.
3. Lage: Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen, in der
Nähe der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten
von Antalya. Besonders gut gefiel mir der
einfache Zugang zu den Stränden und der
Altstadt (Kaleiçi).
4. Pool & Einrichtungen: Der hoteleigene
Swimmingpool ist eine wahre Oase der Ruhe,
perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag
voller Besichtigungen. Meine Kinder hatten
sehr viel Spaß beim Schwimmen.
5. Frühstück: Das Frühstücksbuffet war
besonders beeindruckend - riesige Auswahl
und alles sehr frisch.
6. Atmosphäre: Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist
insgesamt sehr entspannend und angenehm.
Die moderne und elegante Einrichtung
verleiht dem Raum einen Hauch von Luxus.
Fazit: Mein Aufenthalt im Urcu Hotel hat alle
meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Dies ist der
perfekte Ort für einen komfortablen und
unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Antalya. Wir
würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können
dieses Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen!
