Totalmente decepcionado, eso si, el personal mas amable no podía ser
Pros:

Una habitación enorme y la amabilidad de todos los empleados. Además, para lo que nosotros queríamos estaba perfectamente ubicado.

Cons:

Lo bueno era una habitación enorme, lo malo, lo desaprovechada que estaba. Por un poco más de precio hicimos upgrade a suite, totalmente decepcionante, un armario minúsculo, un sofá antiguo y no muy cómodo, nada de complementos en la habitación, ni cafetera, que ya podrían, ni tan siquiera un cepillo de dientes o algo similar. El baño muy grande pero el water, bidé y ducha todo metido en un espacio mínimo, por supuesto el baño sin una sola estantería o balda para dejar las cosas, 40 metros cuadrados de habitación y ni un sólo cajón.... Y encima, se oía cada coche que pasaba por la carretera

El desayuno también bastante pobre

Pros:

Literie de bonne qualité. Petit déjeuner correct.
Parking pas cher.

Cons:

Hôtel isolé au bord d'une voie principale et dans l'axe de l'aéroport . Voiture indispensable pour aller visiter bilbao.

Ruido y jaleo por la noche
Cons:

La noche del viernes al sábado fue una locura. La habitación daba a la calle (no a la carretera) y se oía todo. Varias peleas, gritos, gente hablando altísimo. Sabiendo que en esa zona siempre hay mucho jaleo, no sé cómo no se ofertan ciertas habitaciones a un precio menor. En este caso, tras poner una reclamación formal, hubo un cambio de habitación a una superior, pero en cualquier caso no creo que volvamos a repetir.

Pros:

Belle chambre lumineuse, propre et lit très confortable. Les produits d'hygiène corporelle mises à disposition ce qui est pratique surtout pour ceux qui voyagent en avion. Excellente charcuterie et fromages espagnols sont proposés au petit déjeuner. Un coffre fort et une cave à vin ( ça en as l'air en tout cas ) sont présents dans la chambre. Places de parking de ville sont disponibles à proximité de l'hôtel.
