Prima hotel in voorstad van Bilbao
Pros:

Hotel is gelegen in een voorstad van Bilbao. Met de metro ben je binnen 20 minuten in de stad Bilbao. Op 220 meter is er ook een busstation. Dichtstbijzijnde metrostation is op ca.1,5 km lopen. Als je met de auto bent is het ook makkelijk om naar metrostation Leiao te rijden ( ca. 2,5 km), daar is een p en r parking. Parkeren is daar , als je met de metro zeg maar heen en terug reist, slechts 70 cent! Gebruik in het OV in Bilbao de Barik kaart , deze kost eenmalig 3 euro. Daar zet je geld op, bv 10 euro . Dan reis je voor ca. 60 cent pp naar het centrum. Los kaartje is al 2,20 euro. De barik kaart is voor meerdere personen te gebruiken, en ook voor het p en r tarief. Een keer op en neer naar het centrum dan heb je het aanschaf tarief van de kaart er al uit. Die kaart is in automaten te koop bij de metrostations, en daar kun je er ook geld opzetten.

Dan het hotel.
Ruime kamer met fijne ietwat stevige bedden. Hygiene is prima. Airco werkt goed. Handdoekservice en schoonmaken is uitstekend. In de badkamer is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt.
Ontbijt; Hier is voor elk wat wils aanwezig, niet super uitgebreid maar gewoon goed. Hotel is vooral gericht op Spaanse toeristen, maar dat is zeg maar een bonus op Noord Europees ontbijt.

Er is in het hotel in de vakantiemaanden een mogelijkheid voor een dinerbuffet van maandag tot en met donderdag van 20.30- 22.00 voor 19 euro pp. Daar maken uiteraard veel Spaanse toeristen gebruik van, maar voor ons Nederlanders was het heel goed te doen

Hotel muy cómodo y práctico.
Pros:

Un magnífico, económico y amplio parking.

Cons:

El personal de recepción, a excepción de un varón muy amable, quizá deba mejorar en simpatía. Al fin y al cabo, si no son agradables, empeoran la imagen de la marca.

Pros:

Hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Our room had huge panoramic windows, and we had room on a higher floor, which was great. The bed was very large and comfortable. We were also able to park for free close to the hotel.
The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of food. There were plenty of sweet options, fruit, cold cuts, prosciutto, as well as jams, butter, honey and many other choices. The bread was especially good. The only thing that could be improved was the coffee, which tasted more like cocoa and had no foam.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and I recommend a hotel.

Pros:

Muy limpio y personalizado muy agradable pero al final está lejos del centro. La parada de metro queda a 12 minutos. Cuando vienes de vuelta se hace eterno!
