Deludente
Pros:

La posizione e la pulizia.

Cons:

Prima di tutto non c era aria condizionata e lo staff pur sapendolo, nel momento della prenotazione non mi ha avvertito ( e facevano 40 gradi ). In più nel bagno c era il lavandino otturato. La pulizia della camera non è stata effettuata nei 4 giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato.

Grundsätzlich gutes Hotel mit feinem Frühstück
Pros:

Das Zimmer war freundlich und von einer angenehmen Grösse. Dusche sehr gut mit Duschgel, Shampoo und Conditioner

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war defekt. Bei 40 Grad müssten wir das Geld eigentlich zurückbekommen….war keine coole Nacht

Gute Lage und sehr hilfsbereites Personal

Cons:

Als ich im Hotel angekommen bin musste ich leider feststellen, dass die Klimaanlage defekt ist.
Keine Ventilatoren verfügbar.
Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich das Hotel nicht gebucht.

Hervorragendes Frühstück, abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig mit frischen Produkten, professioneller Empfang, Klimaanlage, Sauberkeit.

Cons:

Einziger Wermutstropfen: Als wir nachts um 1:20 Uhr zurückkamen, war der Eingang verschlossen und niemand an der Rezeption. Wir haben mehrmals geklingelt und sogar angerufen, aber ohne Erfolg. Ein weiterer Hotelgast gesellte sich zu uns. Wir standen alle draußen und warteten darauf, dass jemand kam. Schließlich rief der andere Gast seinen Zimmergenossen an, der glücklicherweise herunterkam, um uns die Tür zu öffnen … sonst … hätten wir die Nacht draußen verbringen müssen? Wo war er denn, der Nachtportier?
