Cons:

Молодая женщина-администратор африканского происхождения категорически не способствовала нашему заселению в номер при бронировании номера через Booking.Для оплаты бронирования требовала только кредитную карточку.Хамски вела разговор:"Keine Kreditkarte – kein Hotelzimmer.".Мы испытали большой стресс,после длительной дороги нас не поселяли в забронированный номер! Я самостоятельно дооформляла бронь, оплату через приложение Booking.Впервые испытали такое "дружелюбное приветствие".
