Travelled For A Concert at the MHP Arena, Hotel Entrance less than 100m from the Arena entrance, 5 minute walk from the Train Station with a 15 minute ride to Stuttgart Center

Pros:

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren geräumig, hell, gut eingerichtet, ruhig und mit hygienischem Boden (kein Teppich). Die Matratze war nirgends "durchgelegen". Der Willkommensgruß mit Obst, Schokolade, Macaron und Grußkarte war deutlich mehr, als die meisten Konkurrenten sich noch die Mühe machen. Die Atmosphäre an der Rezeption war immer sehr freundlich und entspannt. Auch da erlebe ich in den letzten Jahren an einigen Empfangs leider Anderes.

Cons:

Schade für die Wertigkeit des Gesamteindrucks war allein, dass Boden, Wände und Mobiliar inzwischen ihre Spuren (schwarze Streifen) des häufigen Gebrauchs hatten.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und meine Tochter die von außerhalb zum Frühstück kam, musste nichts zahlen.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr beengt und es gibt keine Hotelbar.

Cons:

Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht - drei Zimmer ausprobiert, aber die Anlage ist wohl auf Lüften geschaltet. Im Winter keine gute Idee. Es war saukalt im Zimmer und nicht warm zu bekommen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat mehrere Ersatzzimmer angeboten, aber es war überall das Gleiche.

Hundefreundlich, wurde mit Leckerli und Spielzeug auf dem Zimmer überrascht.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, aber etwas teuer.

Cons:

Alles bestens. Sehr schönes modernes Zimmer. Leider keine Raucherzimmer/-ecke verfügbar, zum Rauchen muss man das Hotel verlassen.
