Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con la mia famiglia e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità e professionalità da tutto il personale, sempre disponibile, sorridente e attento a ogni nostra esigenza.

La struttura è splendida, curata nei minimi dettagli, elegante e immersa in un’atmosfera rilassante che ci ha fatto sentire subito in vacanza. Un ringraziamento particolare va alla direzione che, sapendo che viaggiavamo con due bambini, ci ha gentilmente assegnato una camera di categoria superiore rispetto a quella prenotata, permettendoci di soggiornare con ancora più comfort.

La colazione merita una menzione speciale: ricca, varia e con prodotti di ottima qualità, in grado di soddisfare ogni gusto. È stato il modo perfetto per iniziare ogni giornata.

Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chiunque desideri trascorrere un soggiorno all’insegna del relax, dell’ospitalità e della qualità. Speriamo di tornare presto! 😊

Maravillosa
Pros:

Me gustó que quedaba antes de llegar a Gallipoli. El hotel lindo el cuarto maravilloso camas muy cómoda y como éramos 3 con 2 ambientes distintos.
La comida muy buena y el desayuno riquísimo.
La piscina deliciosa.

Great hotel, food, and staff!
Pros:

The highlight of our Italy trip. We used this hotel as our base for exploring southern Puglia, a perfect location for it. The property is stunning, the food exceptional, and the staff consistently go above and beyond. The pool and spa are gorgeous. Highly recommended!

La posizione è il Personale gentile.

Cons:

La colazione!! Si sono solo cementati nel mettere tante scelte ma la maggior parte prodotti di 3 e 4 stelle.
Addirittura per dirne una anche nella peggior bettola della Puglia hanno l’olio buono, in questo hotel hanno l’olio comprato dal fornitore MARR o DAC ( industriale) olitalia!! Vi prego cambiate l’olio!!!

A Flawless Family Escape, The Crown Jewel of Puglia

Without question, this is the finest hotel we have experienced in all of Italy, and we don’t say that lightly. Traveling as a family of four with young children (ages 5 and 9), we often find that luxury and family-friendliness are difficult to balance. Here, they are perfected effortlessly.

The property itself is breathtaking, the kind of place that makes you stop and take a slow breath the moment you arrive. The spa is exceptional, a genuine sanctuary that left us completely restored. And the restaurant? It outshone every top-rated dining experience we sought out across Puglia, no small feat in a region celebrated for its cuisine.

This is Puglia’s best-kept secret, and we are already counting the days until we return.

Endroit magnifique mais pas en hors saison. Ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles. Heureusement que le personnel est là!

Cons:

Nous sommes allés en mai. Pas de terrasse pour prendre un verre ou un café. Piscine éloignée. Fenêtre sans vue. Frigo pas froid et pas de bouloir électrique ou un café expresso dans la chambre. Fort orienté sur la partie événementiel ( mariage ou autre fêtes). Literie et coussin pas terrible.

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato la suite e ci aspettavamo un ingresso incluso alla spa . Era invece a pagamento ( due adulti e una bambina costo 100 euro ) e per un massimo di 1 ora ..Ora il cliente che sceglie la suite desidera relax senza essere schiavo del tempo . Forse su questo dovrebbero cambiare la loro policy e pensare a una formula all inclusive .
