Хороший отель. Цена соответствовала качеству. Номер небольшой, но для двух человек вполне достаточно. В номере было тепло и чисто. Хорошее расположение, было удобно добираться. Очень близко к остановке парома с азиатской части, а также ко всем достопримечательностям. Завтраки были сытными. Горячий чай был доступен круглосуточно. В номере был небольшой холодильник.

Cons:

Нет шкафа для одежды в номере.

Pros:

We stayed for 7 nights in two double rooms, two adults and two children. The rooms were on the 6th and 4th floors, one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds (for children). The rooms are clean, spacious, and the room is cleaned on request. We are not demanding guests and we are satisfied with the accommodation and stay, but also with the friendly and available staff, who are discreet and unobtrusive. The breakfast is mostly the same, but quite sufficient. The hotel is in a quiet street, yet close to all important means of transport. The price-service ratio is 10/10. For anyone looking for a real 4-star hotel, I still recommend some larger hotels, and for modest guests I guarantee that they will be satisfied. We will definitely be back!

Pros:

El personal muy simpático!! El primer día la calefacción no funcionaba y nos los solucionaron al momento, además hay bomba frío/calor por lo que no pasamos frío en ningún momento

Otelle alakalı herşey beklentimizin çok üstünde idi. Bütün otel personeli bilhassa resepsiyon görevlileri çok yardımsever ve hoşgörülüydüler. Bütün çalışanlara çok teşekkür ederim. Gelecek olanlara tavsiye ederim.

أكثر شي أعجبني الموظفين في الاستقبال رشيد وبلال وكذلك الشخص اللذي يعمل في التقديم جداً محترمين وخدومين وكذلك موقع الفندق قريب جداً من محطة سركجي ومحطة ميترو الانفاق جولهانه بارك والمطاعم قريبه والبوفيه متنوع وخفيف لطيف

What I liked most were the reception staff, Rashid and Bilal, as well as the person working in the dining area — they were all very polite and helpful. The hotel’s location is also excellent, very close to Sirkeci Station, the Gülhane Park metro station, and many nearby restaurants. The buffet was varied, light, and pleasant.”

Genial ubicación.
Pros:

La ubicación es genial, una gran parte de la zona turística se puede visitar andando y está muy cerca del tranvía.
Suficientemente bien equipado y cómodo. La calefacción funciona bien.

Cons:

Desayuno algo básico y empieza muy tarde.
Algunas habitaciones puede que tengan problemas de ruido, no fue el caso de la nuestra.
El gel/champú bastante malos y podrían ser algo más generosos con las toallas y el papel higiénico.
La colcha un poco pequeña.
