Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Istanbul. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer unglaublich höflich, respektvoll und professionell. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass man hier seine Ruhe hat – niemand stört, alles läuft sehr diskret und entspannt ab. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach perfekt, man erreicht viele Orte schnell und bequem. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Klare Empfehlung

Cons:

Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns vielleicht noch etwas mehr Auswahl an warmen Gerichten gewünscht. Trotzdem hat das Angebot vollkommen ausgereicht, und man hat in der Umgebung natürlich auch viele Möglichkeiten, sehr gut frühstücken zu gehen.

Never ever !
Pros:

I'm used to stay in Nobethane Street as my usual hotel is in the same street (Unfortunately sold out !), this location is fantastic as it is close to the Marmaray that I use very often to go to Kadikoy and close to the boats too.

Cons:

I asked for a very quiet room and this has been accepted and confirmed by the hotel.
We got a room (N°701) at the seventh floor (6 by elevator , last by foot).
Basically this was a good idea BUT the room was one meter away from the elevator engine (not the elevator but the machinery that makes it work !), means that everytime somebody asked for elevator, we had a BIG BANG in our room, day and night ! Not exactly quiet !
In the room window frame were 2 big "holes" so we could hear all the noise from the street (cars) and from the bar (people shouting) below the hotel. Not exactly quiet !
It is called "Quietness", not true...
The floor from the room was not "straight" but lightly inclined. So the beds were like that too.
We had to sleep with the head at the food position to avoid headache in the morning. Special !
No cups in the room, no cups in the bathroom.
The breakfast was very poor (hard eggs, bread, jam, tomatoes, cumcumber).
The breakfast room is very small, so quickly full. We went only first day !
I don't understand how this hotel has a good feedback; are people used to this poor "non-quality".
Will never go back there, better wait till our usual place has some room free...

Pros:

Отель находится близко к станции трамвая (буквально 5-6 минут пешком). Внизу кафе и рестораны работают до полуночи, шумят люди, гремит музыка, но закрыв окна можно спокойно поспать. Внизу есть прекрасное кафе - Üç Maymun, где можно весело провести время и покурить хороший кальян.
У нас была комната на троих, довольно просторная. Есть лифт. Соседей слышно не было, что большой плюс, учитывая, что в большинстве отелей Стамбула стены сделаны будто из картона.

Cons:

Начнем с того, что в номере нету шкафа, и это очень неудобно. Под кроватью тонна пыли, которую я заметила на следующий день, когда искала обувь, но уборку мы не звали, так как в чемоданах лежали ценные вещи. Нет абсолютно никаких банных принадлежностей, кроме полотенца, куска мыла и бутылок с непонятным шампунем. Ни зубных щеток, ни ушных палочек, никакого геля для душа. Завтрак однообразный, но нам было что есть, мы в этом плане не придирчивые. На завтраке вместо чайных ложек - деревянные мешалки. Кофе из аппарата был вкусным.

Une super adresse ! hôtel très bien situé, très bon accueil et très confortable
Pros:

C'est une super adresse à tous niveaux! personnel charmant et donnant de bons conseils, emplacement exceptionnel avec le tram à coté, proche du pont de Galata et des ferries, pleins de restaurants autour et très proche de tous les monuments principaux. Il y a de l'animation dans la rue (restos) mais c'est calme dans les chambres (nous étions au 4è coté rue) , chambre pour 3 spacieuse, confortable, très propre et très bien équipée, petit déjeuner correct avec ce qu'il faut. Je recommande vivement cet hotel !

A quiet and comfortable space within walking distance to tourists spots
Pros:

The location was perfect. Close to everything but it was not noisy. The Spice bazaar, Gulhane Park and Sultanhamet area are all within 10min walk. Sirkeci train station is a 5min walk. They had tea and water available 24hrs a day. The staff was very friendly. You can opt to have your room cleaned daily. We stayed on the 7th floor. The elevator only went up to the 6th floor so we had one flight of stairs to take but it was still awesome as I looked at many places in the area and many didn't have elevators. They had the cutest fluffiest cat always chilling by the lobby area!

Cons:

The breakfast started at 8:30am which is a little late. It was also repetitive (at least I've had better in Turkey). On the bright side, it is included and you can opt to get out early before the crowds and come back as it is served till 10:30am. The breakfast room is also a little small.
