Very convenient. Spacious rooms. Perfect neighborhood. The best value of money for a hotel in RAK

Whilst the staff were very polite and helpful, there were lots of long wait times for simple items such as an iron for the room, plates and bowls in the restaurant and drinks from the pool bar. Also, the facilities are outdated and in need of maintenance - the bath rail fell off on first use and when they moved us to a second room, one of the door handles fell off. The pool by the beach is very dirty - the furniture has not been cleaned or repaired in a long time. Finally, the food at the buffet is almost inedible. Overall, it is not worth the price and it is not good value for money.

On arrival the reception warned me that my room next to the pool would be very noisy, so instead they gave me a room further away. Sound insulation? Apparently no, and the pool bar is open until 2am. The place seems fine at fist glance, but some things start to annoy: wifi didn't work and bathtub doesn't have a plug. And when calling the reception asking about these the phone line "stopped working" without apparent reason, while background and voices in the reception could be heard. Theres no chair for the room's office table. Lighting in the room is very dark. A lot of bird poo in the balcony. They need to pay more attention to the details. Luckily the room was very quiet and it was very easy to get a good sleep. The pool area seemed cozy.

Checked in with family for local staycation and eventually had to check out middle of the night when my wife found out a baby lizard next to the bead head.

Service was bad ! They never pick up the phone on the help desk … The food needs lots of improvements weather breakfast or dinner but the dinner was a disaster !!! The room is not clean, it needs deep cleaning to go back to a neutral place where later the normal cleaning is helpful. Also the flies - you need to find a way to maintain the pest control , flies in the room were too much ! Tooo much

The Stay was good but the check in was terrible. The hotel policy was 3pm check in and I went to check in at 5pm. The room was not ready and took 29 min for the process.

Very nice place, close to the beach and very quiet. Has a nice bar and pool area.

Checking was excellent and the staff was very welcome and very fast in processing but checking out was the worst in my life. Also of you call them to clean the room they’ll never come

A day of relaxation with friends at Al Hamra village went excellent. We were given an early check in and a great location of the room. Service was excellent and great comfort.

We enjoyed a quick weekend getaway here. Haven't been since before covid. Really nice staff and good options for dining. Property is currently being renovated, so some of the areas are in construction. Spacious rooms and beach is close by - loved the Frisky Fox and evening entertainment. Shame to see the Belgian Beer cafe is no longer nearby but everything else good

Our expectations were low due to the score of 7. No need for such a low score. It was fine. Good value for money for an overnight stay.

Tilat ja maisemat olivat hienot. Palveluhenkeä sinänsä löytyi, mutta kaikki asiat eivät silti toimineet täysin odotetusti. Mahtava ranta: aktiviteetteja ostettavissa ja kuten itse sanoivat 50 aed on 50 aed ja 15 min on 15 min. Tämä hotelli näkyy kauas sekä päivällä että erityisesti pimeällä.

Very nice hotel in good location. Room service food was good and affordable. Nice view of pool from room. Not far from al hamra mall and supermarket. Only mishap is false advertising. If you book standard room thy put you in a village about 300 meters from main resort which has the beach and more activities.

small - disappointing amenities, not more than 3 star accommodation.
