宿泊施設としては、贅沢ではないが、非常に良いといえる範囲。フロントの女性にとんでもないのが居る。もしかすると外国人なのかもしれないと思ったが、宿泊全体が不快になんる。
Cons:

フロントの女性の対応がメチャクチャ。予約がないと主張。Booking。com.の確認番号を告げても、「それはBooking.comの問題で、こちらには予約がない」の一点張り。Booking.comから連絡をしてもらい、予約はあることを確認。とにかく、あの女性のフトントは態度が悪すぎ。

最寄り駅から近く、快適に過ごせました
Pros:

お部屋をアップグレードしていただき、疲れていたので広々としたベッドで休む事が出来て、大変ありがたかったです。
チェックイン前、アウト後にセルフロッカーで荷物を預かって貰えたのは、凄く助かりました。

Cons:

強いてあげるなら、浴室とトイレの位置が近くて、シャワーを使うのに気を使った事と、換気が弱かった事です。

贅沢ではないが清潔感ある部屋に感激。
Pros:

部屋のサイズが予想より大きく、造りは簡潔ですが、清潔感があふれていました。

Cons:

部屋の空気が乾燥していて、それはいい点ですが、自分が風邪のせいで喉が痛かったこともあり、加湿器は設置されてはいましたが、加湿器を働かせてもあまり湿度が上げられなかった。

便利でコスパよし
Pros:

朝食が充実していて、大変満足できました。ビジネスにも観光にも便利な立地でコスパがいいと思います。コンビニもすぐです。

Comfortable and relaxing but easy access to the fun activities as well.
Pros:

Loved the free WiFi. The breakfast was amazing and I liked that there was a bit of variation each day since we were there for a week. We enjoyed the location as well, a short walk to Akihabara but far enough away from the main hub that it was quiet and relaxing when we were ready to wind down. The service was amazing. Though the front desk didn’t speak much english, we were able to still easily communicate our needs. When we couldn’t communicate, we just relied on google translate. But everyone was kind and warm!

Cons:

Didn’t like that the WiFi was a bit spotty in the rooms and that we couldn’t access it at mealtimes. As a foreigner relying on that for cell service it would have been nice to access it easily throughout the hotel.
