Tiny space, but comfortable home base to sleep in for Normandy/D-Day beach travels
Pros:

We ate in the hotel restaurant when we arrived, because it was late at night and we didn't see anything else open around us. The food was good, and it was nice to know there was 24 hour food available on site since the town around the hotel seemed to be closed down at night. The second night we relaxed in the bar area just to give us a little space (the room was tiny); the staff there was friendly and the atmosphere was good (several other patrons were watching a soccer game and cheering.) There is a nice area with several food choices around the corner during the day.

The front desk staff was friendly, and the tub of candies was welcoming. Beds were very comfy, and the sink/shower bathroom was really nice; the toilet room was tiny but clean and adequate. The room was clean, and they made good use of the limited space to fit everything in. If you're using it as a home base to take some day trips, it's a perfectly fine place to stay, just don't expect a lot of space to hang out in a spacious room.

Cons:

Parking was confusing; we arrived in the dark and had to try to figure out where to park on the street a few blocks away because the hotel lot was full. It was very dark and we weren't sure if the street we picked was safe. It turned out fine, but would have been helpful to at least have some place to pull up and drop off our bags before parking instead of having to walk a few blocks with them. (Maybe there was a place, but we didn't think to ask, and the staff didn't mention it.)

The room was really small and laid out very strangely, but I think they did the best they could with the odd shape of the space - the angled ceilings just had us leaning sometimes as we walked around. The room was also cold, and I had to call the front desk to request them to change the temperature; that helped, but it was still cooler than we would have liked, and kind of strange that we couldn't adjust it ourselves.

Cons:

The room was on the 5th floor, but the elevator only goes to the 4th floor. I believe I requested 2 beds, but they only had a queen. The room was in an attic so the rain on the roof was loud, and the very slanted ceilings caused numerous collisions with my head
The restaurant was poor.

Very pleasant stay, would certainly return.
Pros:

Variety offered at breakfast(fresh orange juice & pancakes were a bonus). Pastries on arrival😁. Efficient & helpful staff.

Cons:

Cheap toilet paper. No instructions for coffee machine & didn’t appear to work when we tried.
