駅から地下道を歩いて15分
雪祭り会場やすすきのに近い
料金がリーズナブル
入り口からフロントのロビーにゆとりがある
部屋が広い（21平米）
ベッドの大きさ硬さ丁度いい
朝食のメニューが豊富で美味しい
トイレとバスルームが清潔
お風呂の湯の出が良い
バスタブの広さも十分
シャンプーやボディーソープの泡だちが良い
部屋の鍵🗝️が面白い

食事面で疲れた
Pros:

いろんな場所にアクセスするにはちょうど良い場所でした
地下街入り口も近く、札幌駅も近い

Cons:

飲み物の自販機が新硬貨と新札がつかえなかったので不便でした

あとデリバリー系を遠慮してるホテルとのことで
いろんな飲食店が旅行者で混んでる中

Uberしかりのデリバリー系が気軽に使えないのが

ちょっとなって思いました、子供も居たので夜遅くに出歩くわけには行かなかったのでかなり不便でした、あくまで個人的な意見ですが

Good location, horrible mattresses
Pros:

Location was great, especially to attend Snow Festival or take bus to the airport. In house Chinese restaurant was good for lunch. Staff was very kind. I liked the size of the room and the old fashioned key. It's 1000 yen if you need to check out at 12noon instead of 11.

Cons:

It was mentioned by others bit the quality of the mattresses is really bad. We stayed there three nights and on the third day, my back was so stiff I could barely move. Also, I asked for two blankets and the staff made an impolite comment twice stating "in sapporo, we just use the heater, not blankets."

雪で大変でしたが安心できるホテルでした。
Pros:

朝食がおいしかった。満足。とても清潔でした。スタッフの対応が良かった。建物の表示看板で場所がわかりやすく大変良かった。

便利な立地のビジネスホテル
Pros:

・赤レンガ道庁から近く便利なこと。また、地下道の出口からも近く、雪道をほぼ歩かないでホテルに入れること。
・朝食は品数は決して多くはありませんが、和食系の北海道らしいラインナップで、美味しかったこと。
・レストランのスタッフがお元気で、気持ち良く食事が出来たこと。
