Receptionist is always nice. Parking is safe. Breakfast is always delicious. Room is always clean. 6th time staying here and have never had a bad experience.
The blankets were dirty, they were blood stains or something, i asked for a different room and she was nice and quick to do it but the next one the blan didn't look very clen either, i assumed they just don't wash the stuff and reuse them, but we were just too tired to find something else, luckily we had our own blankets but still, was disgusting sleeping on a dirty bed where who knows who slept there before me

I love this hotel! The staff is amazing and competent and extremely friendly.
The breakfast buffet is filled with an assortment of foods and tasty.
I did have issues this time with a shower dripping but it did not ruin the trip.

Quedamos aquí con familia. Muy bonito hotel y lugar y bien cerca de la lomita. Y el restaurante en el hotel muy bueno!

Excellent, grate view. The garden looks beautiful.
Check in took an hour and I had to wait in the hot lobby. The phones didn't work so I couldn't order room service unless I went to the lobby which was a big hassle. The hairdryer didn't work. Shower had luke warm water never comfortable. The grounds by the pool was beautiful. The beds were cozy. The area around did not have any dining or shopping options within walking distance.
Love the hotel great area
This hotel charges a deposit that you grt back at the end of your stay however went I went to check out they told me the person that handles the deposits was not there and there was no one that couldd give me my money back, not even the manger was helpful. They had me and other guests waiting for around 40 minutus for this person to arrive and he has the audicity to tell me that it was his day off and he was doing the hotel a favor by going and giving us our money back. Horrible service I will never stay there in my life.
Over all hotel needs to be updated!!!
