We had a midweek trip to cross country ski at Jackson and stayed at the Christmas Farm Inn for our first time in 10 years. Our room in the salt box was spacious, clean and comfortable. Not sure the thermostat was working as we like to sleep cooler than the 68 degrees. Dinner was excellent.
Cute place, rooms could use some refreshing. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors but it is an older inn so that could be why.
Disappointed that they didn’t have a fire in the fireplace in the sitting room. Could have made it cozier; it was rather chilly in there.
Staff was nice, breakfast good but not a great value.
We reserved this Inn during a Black Friday special so I want to be clear it was a good value. Also great location near cute Jackson center.
The dining areas were festive although we did not dine at the Inn.
However, we found the room to be a bit tired and in need of a lift. The bed and linens were very good but the overall appearance and cleanliness was lacking.
Spent the weekend at the inn while exploring Jackson and North Conway. The Christmas Farm Inn dinner was fantastic! The spa was beautiful! It was all worth it! Looking forward to coming back and checking out other rooms!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities were good. The restaurant was OK. I think they need a more wider variety of food instead of just dinners. Maybe a pub menu with sandwiches and burgers. Overall, a very nice place to stay.
Our 2nd time there over Christmas. We had the same room as last year so it felt like home. 2 nights were warm, cozy and magical with all the decorations. Friendly staff and guests. Think we will go for a third time this year. Thank you Christmas Farm Inn for a truly delightful stay.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay at the Christmas Farm Inn over New Year’s eve week. We were traveling with our small dog so we stayed 3 nights in the Black Smith cottage. When we arrived after a long, difficult drive in an ice storm, there was no one at the front desk. We were told to wait because the person was out shoveling. When we finally got into our cottage we noticed the couch was at a slant. The couch/pull out bed was VERY uncomfortable to sit on because it did not sit flat because of the mattress underneath it. It was hard to relax when we could not even sit comfortably. We also noticed a septic smell outside of the cottage which was not pleasant. Lastly, the hot tub had a green color which did not seem “healthy/clean”. The restaurant was very good but twice as expensive as all of our other dinners at comparable restaurants in the area. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Jackson, NH but our experience at the Christmas Farm inn for what we payed (approx. $750/night with fees) was not worth it and we will explore the Airbnb route next time.
This place was so magical! It was literally right out of a Hallmark movie. The staff was so welcoming and friendly and the decorations were amazing! We stayed in the Mr. and Mrs. Claus room (king bed) and our kids were in the adjoining room with the twin trundle bed and their own tv and fridge! The charm of the old building was appreciated! We ate breakfast and dinner at the inn and all meals were yummy…def needed reservations! The mistletoe pub was adorable and happy hour from 4-5 was nice! Wasn’t able to get a massage at the spa bc I didn’t make a reservation and it was booked... bummer, but I should have known that would be a big hit! Kids loved the indoor pool and the kids New Years party on the 30th was so fun! They provided dinner, dancing, games and a dj for the kids in the barn all for free. It was a great time! We were sad to leave after our 3 nights and will definitely recommend to our friends.
in smokehouse cottage. Charming. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths , common area with fireplace and mini fridge. Clean! Highly recommend for families and kids. Staff sooo friendly. Food very good
Such a beautiful place. I would definitely stay here again . The food was very good , rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The restaurant was very nice and a great setting for a romantic meal for a couple.
I'm not at all opposed to paying well for a nice hotel, but this place is overpriced. I've stayed in much nicer hotels for less. Yes, it's an inn, thus in theme, but needs several updates.
Our Christmas dinner consisted of a sad looking, overcooked $89 prime rib, an $89 ham steak (yes,
overcooked ham steak....not
spiral cut ham) and a kids meal
of dried out chicken fingers. A party sitting next to us sent their prime
rib and chix fingers back for same reasons.
First room in the Salt Box had zero heat in the bathroom the entire stay and the room itself lost heat for a 12 hour streak one day. They did provide a space heater. You can hear EVERYTHING...clear conversations and movement from
adjacent rooms, the sounding as though your door was being unlocked when someone was opening theirs.
Our second room in the Spa was slightly better. However, with 3 of us, the pull out sofa was the 3rd person's sleeping option...dont expect to get a good nights sleep on it!! In addition, everytime rooms above us flushed the toilet, ran water or the jacuzzi tub, the water gushes, rumbling LOUDLY through the pipes in our room. I imagine it was coming from more than one room, as it was CONSTANT.
Lastly, no phone service to front desk the entire stay, requiring you to walk or drive from whichever unit we were in. The positives....the Christmas spirit was alive throughout, the Gingerbread building class was run by a great team
of ladies and was a lot of fun. The front desk staff were very friendly, but I
also felt like they read from a book of "suggested responses to guest complaints" when approached with our issues.
Just had my wedding there 12/24/25. The carriage house suite was very roomy and comfortable. The decorations were fantastic. We had the reception in the barn. The whole thing was beautiful. Jen was great on our wedding day. She helped us out a great but. The bar tender was brand new. She did an excellent job. We were very happy with everything they did. The chef is excellent there. All the guests raved about the sirloin and the salmon. I would highly recommend staying here. It was worth every penny.
This inn was absolutely adorable. We planned a trip before Christmas to see the snow. It was like we were in a Hallmark movie. They have so many decorations all over the main building and inside. When we got to our room in the carriage House, the numbers of the rooms were based on the 12 Days of Christmas which is so cute. And there were so many cute little touches cookies from Santa. We got an option to add truffles wine and champagne brought by the "Elves". The bed was set up with a cute cozy blanket. And all the common areas are so decorated with trees and decor. And to top it all off there's a SPA. I unfortunately did plan enough ahead they were booked. But I stopped into the spa to grab a few things for the room and I will definitely be booking a spa appointment next time. And there's a fire pit outside to cozy up and watch the snow fall! And loved that there was a balcony off our room!
We had a fabulous stay at the inn! The staff were all so warm and welcoming, there was a continuous fire with s’mores available- and everything was incredibly festive. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage. The cottage had two bathrooms, which was great - and the beds were very comfortable. There was a fireplace in the cottage and the staff left cookies and coffee/tea. It was truly fabulous!
We enjoyed this Inn on several levels. First from the well decorated rooms but especially the comfortable bed with down comforter, could sleep forever in it with the outside temps in the teens. A small balcony afforded a downhill view, icicles everywhere. The carriage house room was spacious with a jacuzzi and everything working as it should. It was a modern though not at all posh interior. Lots of brass fixtures. It was neat to come into the building with a sensor activated puppet at the front door sounding out a tune. Also the restaurant was pretty good, there was a fitness room with heated pool which we didn’t used. Everything there was clean. Although the carriage house was at the top of the property the steep roads were well plowed and de-iced. Front desk service was great. The Inn is close to major roads as well. Overall a wonderful experience.
The inn staff created fantastic Christmas decorations in the common areas and dining room! A special touch at a special place!
We had a wonderful stay! My son and his family and my daughter and her husband stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bath cottage and we stayed in the Carriage House. The accommodations were very good and the staff were very attentive when I called for a couple of items. We had dinner Saturday night and everyone loved the food. The service was great and the atmosphere was joyful. The light snowfall when we left on Sunday morning was beautiful and was the perfect end to a wonderful family weekend together. Lots of wonderful pictures and great memories!
We had our company Christmas party in the barn. It was a warm and inviting experience with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, Christmas music in the background, and a roaring fire with dedicated and exceptional service.
Jen and Anthony accommodated our every need and then some! The buffet style dinner was exceptional and all our our guests were raving about the meal for the rest of the evening.
Tha k you for making our employee's party a special occasion!
Sooo disappointed! My family has been coming to the dinner with Ms. Claus and staying at the inn for the past 15 years! Before this year it was such a magical experience! I would give it 10 stars out of 5 back then. They had so many little personal things like the santa theme boxes for kids in the room along with chocolates from local sellers, and personal letters welcoming our family This year is just awful. They cut out all things that made it great like the dinner. It is now just a money grab. So disgusted!!!
We had Thanksgiving dinner at the Christmas Farm Inn in Jackson NH. A Wonderful Experience! Nice meal, Great food and service.
