Pros:

The hosts are so helpful and present. They even suggested some places to see and some restaurants that we really liked.

Cons:

That they took the keys from us each time we leave the room to go sightseeing.

Pros:

Mention spéciale pour l’accueil du personnel. Très chaleureux et à l’écoute.
Chambre très propre et conforme.

Cons:

Pas de possibilité de régler le chauffage. Il faisait un peu chaud dans la chambre.

La sympathie du personnel et leurs petites attentions, le confort et les équipements disponibles (sèche-cheveux notamment), la beauté du lieu et son emplacement pratique.

Cons:

Pas de réseau mobile dans la chambre où j'étais, ce n'est pas très pratique... Heureusement, la connexion wifi de l'hôtel est bonne.
