Pros:

Le personnel bienveillant et sympathique. Nous a mis à disposition la meilleure chambre pour notre enfant en PMR. Nous a conseillé des visites qui ont été superbes !

Accueil chaleureux, disponibilité, déco et situation au top !
Pros:

J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'accueil, les hôtes sont très sympathiques, attentionnés, disponibles ce qui participe complètement à la note, le style déco de très bon goût. L’emplacement proche de la rue de la république, du tramway et de la gare perrache. L’hôtel est calme et la literie parfaite, le dej est très bien également.

Je reviendrai pour la gentillesse et le service inégalés.
Pros:

Le service et la gentillesse sont inégalables. C'est un hôtel dans lequel nous sommes une personne et non un numéro. Je vais très souvent chez un concurrent d'une chaîne à 500 mètres (avec une jolie vue sur la place) : ils ne savent pas qui je suis. Ici, c'est différent.

Cons:

Bien sûr, la vue sur cour au 1er n'est pas la plus chouette et peut-être un film translucide sur le bas des fenêtres éviterait la vue sur les poubelles mais, honnêtement, le prix était très compétitif et le reste est inattaquable.

We really enjoyed walking around the hotel area on the beautiful streets and excellent restaurants
Pros:

The location was excellent. The beds was very comfort. The lobby is nice place to sit and work.
