The rooms were dirty and we wouldn’t want to stay there again.

I like the fact that the location was close to Base.

Cons:

Gym- both treadmills broken
Rooms- dirty and bathroom was unable to flush and we asked and they came and 2 hours later same problem. Tub was dirty.

I will not stay at another Extended Stay Suites again.

There was nothing I liked about the facility.

Cons:

The furniture covering was missing and peeling off, dirt and debris all over the carpet, especially along the wall, hair in the sink, dirty floor in bathroom. It was dirty and awful. Poor customer service as well. We had two rooms the shower in one had pink all over the shower almost like someone dyed their hair or staining of some kind. Furniture in second room also missing covering and peeling. Pics attached.

It’s outdated, the breakfast advertised was not accurate… I feel like the staff were not professional at all. We get charged a pet fee 12 days after we check in and was not notified of the charge even after the front desk lady said there was no charge before checking in. The furniture were outdated, mold on the curtains

Staff was great!

Cons:

The entire facility needs a face lift. Recliner in room had fabric on arms worn off. No modern outlets. The pillows were lumpy. The beds were visibly sagging. Outdoor grills advertised as an amenity weren't usable and hadn't been for a while. Pots, pans, and silverware advertised for rent were disgusting. Because our stay was less than 2 weeks, we were denied usage of a broom or vacuum for our room unless we paid $10 and have housekeeping do it. There should be an option to use a vacuum without cost.

The couc arm leather was peeling of and the recliner had food on the side of it. The stove top wasn’t clean it had food

My mom had to use the bathroom while waiting on a room and ask a staff member. She said we don’t have a public bathroom and I said we are waiting to get check in and she said we don’t have a public bathroom.
