For the price it’s worth every penny
Pros:

The staff was nice.

Cons:

The washer and the sucked only one dryer workee and it didn’t work too good, my work clothes was still wet. My ac didn’t stay cold all night.

I will never use booking.com again !
Pros:

I drove 11 hours and when I arrived I did not have a room and I was told booking.com overbooks rooms by 30%

Cons:

I didn’t have a room when I arrived it was graduation weekend and I had to pay double the amount at a different hotel

Unfriendly staff, horrible smell, no breakfast!

Cons:

Front desk staff was very rude and unaccommodating.
Room was saturated in cigarette smoke
NO breakfast as advertised! I was messaged with breakfast times and then given a notice when I checked in there wasn’t breakfast.

Terrible stay

Cons:

There was mold everywhere in the room, smelled musty. Had to go downstairs all the time to get key reactivated. Front desk had given my room to some other guest as well and were trying to open my room for a while. Loud noises all night, could not call front because phone in room was just a decoration since it was dead. Usually when I’d go downstairs to the long id have to wait a long time to have someone help because there was never anyone there. While booking is said continental breakfast available when I got to the property there was a printed out sign saying no breakfast available due to change.

Pros:

The location was good for why we needed to be there

Cons:

Staff was leaving the front desk as we walked up, seem to be more worried about the police activity outside, the bed was no comfortable at all. No communication about the breakfast till we got there and read a note. The staff didn’t say anything about it either.

Asked 3 times for an extra pillow to be told no or I'll try and some of the staff was rude. No free breakfast and wasn't informed about it on check in. No coffee anywhere

Pros:

The property looks great as far as the paint on the outside.

Cons:

Nothing about the property was nice except for the new paint on the outside. The curtains on the inside were torn. The place inside was ran down, sheets were stained up and dirty shower was not clean. Let’s just say I had to get another room somewhere else. And cancel the booking for this location.

Good location near Cameron University. Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Clean room with comfortable bed and pillows.

Cons:

Smelled a little musty but air conditioner has to run 24/7. The TV was small. Chair needed replaced or just removed from room.

Amazing Staff Yet Moldy Ceiling
Pros:

Absolutely LOVE the staff! Always so kind, professional and welcoming! Also love the location and it's proximity to the park across the road.

Cons:

Didn't care for the fact that there's no coffee machine in the room like there is in almost every other hotel I've ever stayed in, seems kind of odd you wouldn't want to match your competitors with such a simple amenity. Also didn't like the fact that I had to shove the bathroom door in order to shut it and almost pull my back out in order to get the door open. Also definitely wasn't happy there was mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom.
