I was really surprised by the rude and racist attitude of the staff member Rosana.

Excellent staff, with a wonderful atmosphere around the hotel and delicious food options nearby and in the hotel restaurant

Staff like Fernando and Leonela were extremely helphfull and friendly they went out their to make sure everything was fine

It seems that this hotel employs criminals or thieves, as either the front desk or housekeeping employee had helped themselves with perhaps around $250 worth of EUR, USD, and BRL from my travel wallet.

I left bags with the front desk on Saturday morning for eight hours, and then housekeeping cleaned the room on Sunday. The money was left on either of these occasions.

Luckily, these crooks don’t appear to understand the value of other currencies I had in the wallet, such as 10K YEN notes, as these hadn’t been taken.

So, if you plan to stay at this Mr & Mrs Smith and Hyatt-affiliated property, expect the employees to rampage through your stuff and steal any valuables you may have.

Place is ok, but a bit run down. Average breakfast. Front desk woke me by phone call close to midnight because of a misunderstanding. Their handling of this was not satisfactory at all.

Excellent hotel, well situated, very nice room, friendly and helpful staff. It felt very boutique with nice features and decor all around the hotel. The breakfast room well laid out with plenty of food and beverage choices. We really enjoyed our stay.

Situated in the microcentre a very good hotel. We have stayed here before on this occasion our room was less good - noise from the road as on 2nd floor and noise from water pipes and no bath just a shower, As we had already settled in we decided not to try to move rooms.
Good WiFI. Very good breakfast. Pool area good for sitting outside although pool cold. Good location for shopping, Subte (underground) , buses, Retiro bus station

Staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The neighborhood was quiet with plenty of shopping and restaurants at walking distance. Train station just a short walk

Business class hotel in microcentre. Very nice large room with bath. Good bedding and quiet room for sleeping. Good WiFi. Very good breakfast. Some English films on TV channels. Good area for relaxing outside. However pool would be improved by being heated as very cold.
Room would be improved by the provision of a kettle or coffee maker.

Great Hotel, and a good location

It’s a dated and beautiful property, staffs at the front desk, restaurant were awesome. Having issues with the AC unit. Dropped something on the floor and it landed under the bed, pretty gross with garbage there, looks like haven’t vacuum under there in awhile.

We stayed at the Pulitzer Hotel for 2 nights before our Antartica cruise in January 2025 and then an additional 7 nights after the cruise. It was a perfect choice because it is centrally located in town and only a block away from Calle Florida which is the pedestrian shopping street filled with restaurants, shops, bookstores, coffee shops, and the Galerias Pacifico. Plus the General San Martin Subte stop is only a 5 minute walk away.
The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and it was a great way to start the day.
The staff were attentive and extremely helpful. I particularly wanted to thank Rafael Perez for making us feel welcomed after traveling for over 15 hours from LAX. And for all his assistance in making sure we arrived to the correct port for our cruise. A big shout out to Lucas Salguero for arranging our 3 day excursion to Iguazu Falls with Caracol Internacional. Every aspect of the excursion was taken care of from all ground and air transportation, the perfect hotel accommodation at the O2 Hotel in Iguazu, and the guided tours.
We can highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, walkable, and front desk staff was beyond amazing. So helpful and attentive, would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed by stay at the hotel. The hotel is located at a really great location. Unfortunately, we had a lower floor and street facing, we can hear a bit of noise from the street.

Lovely hotel in a fairly central location that made it easy to walk to all the places we wanted to go, staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is clean and quiet despite being on a transited street. Staff was nice and attentive.
