Overall, very excellent stay!
Pros:

The staff were exceptional - really loved the whole experience from checking in to checking out. Helped me arrange a taxi as well. I didn't speak fluent Spanish yet the staff members tried their best to help and gave us advice about the city. Location of the hotel is also perfectly at center of the town, making it very safe and walkable experience.

Cons:

The only downside is the location as well - since it's at downtown center, music from local nightclubs/bars can get out of hand. Ear plugs are a must; even so, during Friday/Saturday nights it's near impossible for light sleepers to get some good rest.

I loved everything. The location is very walkable. Very clean. Kind and helpful staff. Architecture is gorgeous.

Cons:

If city noises wake you up easily, the night life might bother you. My children and I had no problem though!

Cons:

Las habitaciones que dan a la calle son tremendamente ruidosas, no pudimos pegar ojo en toda la noche. Llame a recepción porque quería solicitar unos tapones de oídos y nadie cogió el teléfono. Ojalá hagan algo para que los huéspedes podamos descansar porque a eso vamos, la experiencia ha sido bastante mala.

Beautiful ,safe, clean hotel with top notch hotel staff.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Hotel is beautiful! Food was great ! Every employee was super helpful and kind! One of the best hotel services I’ve seen.

Cons:

The night club across the street was super loud could hear it in our room till 4am.
