Hotel was in excellent location for all the sights.
Pros:

clean comfortable and staff very friendly and most accommodating i would stay here again

staff very friendly room clean and location great

Cons:

towels had not been changed or shower gel not replaced until we asked this should be checked by housekeeping on our arrival.
getting in shower had to wash with shampoo as too late when noticed. Also burn marks in carpet and unsightly stain like spillage or sick the other side of room

Location fantastic.!

Cons:

Television didn't work very well. We did report it, and someone came to check it, but it was not fixed. 3 night stay and the cups weren't cleaned or changed once. I had to ask for coffee and milk to be replenished.

Cons:

Had a 2night stay. We told staff toilet was blocked twice ..it was still blocked when we were leaving. The lift was broken on and off for the 2 days also
