Ok expensive for what you get
Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

Only one lift working. We stayed 2 nights never seen a cleaner never had new towels or beds made. Maybe we were supposed to ask not sure

The hotel was central and the bedrooms are comfortable. The lack of a bar or restaurant and the poor breakfast lowers it
Pros:

Location is excellent, close to everything and the train station is less than two minutes walk away.

Cons:

The breakfast that we payed extra for in our price was horrible. The hotel do not advertise that they no longer serve breakfast on the premises. We expected the usual buffet breakfast, instead they have a deal with the the pub next door who serve you a small breakfast that is of poor quality and you have no options. We only went one morning out of three due to poor quality. We ended up paying the other two mornings in a local cafe for good food.

Comfortable and clean, and good location for exploring Liverpool
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room and very powerful shower. Good but slightly noisy aircon. Very close to Liverpool One and the docks. Spacious room , plenty of tea and coffee. It's a functional basic hotel to stay in, in a great location.

Cons:

No early breakfast, not available until 7.30 which was too late for us, and was not on site, it was at the pub next door. There is no downstairs bar to sit with others, it's just your room.

Helpful staff. Lovely room. Can do check out later. The best recommending about the hotel is location, city centre. Close to Albert Docks and local tourist spots. Best thing about this hotel is can leave suitcases, luggage etc before check-in plus after checked out. For free, no limit to pick up as you are a guest at their hotel. Towels provided, tea, coffee, sugar, milk. Wonderful place to stay. Plan to stay again in the future.
