Cons:

One of the beds had old blood stains on the duvet and sheet. But we had the choice if 2 double beds

Has an issue with someone entering our room in the middle of the night. We raised a complaint as it was really upsetting and disturbing. I am still waiting for a response. Not good enough

The brakfast not on the premises and lack of decent option with thick white bread served. We had no air conditioning all throughout our stay and the options presented were smaller rooms. The second room offered to us had no air conditioning.

The location was good.room had plenty of space.The atmosphere at the adjoining breakfast venue where we used the hotel voucher was good.

Cons:

No hand towels in the room, only a large towel for showering. We found the room noisy over night. Don't know if it was from the road ,metro traffic or something else.

Good location to explore the city
Pros:

Comfortable beds, cleanliness, good shower five of us slept comfortably. 3 children 2 adults.
Closest parking is at Q-park which normally is £27, but with hotel discount costs £22

Cons:

Toilet lock was broken, breakfast was not in the premises but at a local pub called ‘The slaughter house’.

The location is great for shopping, getting drink or food and Albert dock. The rooms for so comfortable we all had a great night sleep.

Great stay
Pros:

Good family room for the 5 of us. It was clean and neat with all essential amenities provided. The location is central an close to many places for food. Breakfast is served at a pub that is not so far and was great.

Não sei se voltaria a me hospedar lá.
Pros:

As instalações são limpas, seguras e modernas.

Cons:

Não há quase nenhuma conveniência no hotel, exceto uma geladeira de venda de bebidas. O PUB onde o café da manhã é servido não tem um bom atendimento. O estacionamento indicado é bastante distante e tem preço muito elevado.
