Great hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel for the price . Staff very friendly rooms cosy and clean , everything you need iron and ironing board too
Comfy bed and nice big soft towels

Cons:

Only small issue is windows don’t open

Pros:

The location was perfect close to derby square and few minutes walk to Liverpool one.

Cons:

The hotel only function with one lift and sometimes was not working either we had to climb stairs up to 5th floor. Room is nevercleaned and when I asked at front desk they told me its their policy u have to go down to reception to get towels and toilet rolls. The stay cost was not cheap I describe Heeton as a hostel not worth the money. I suggest one read reviews before as its the opposite of what is written in description.

Comfortable but shame about the lifts
Pros:

The room was large, the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

There were only 2 lifts, and one of those was out of service for our whole stay. Then the other one broke down. Our room was on the 5th floor!

Amazing 😊
Pros:

The room was huge and bright, and the air conditioning worked well in both cooling and heating modes. The bathroom was small but clean, with a spacious shower. Extremely quiet. Excellent location, just 3 minutes from the Beatles statues and 8–10 minutes from Liverpool One.

Cons:

The soap dispenser was empty. Nothing dramatic 😊
