Ben situat. No reservis esmorzar i reclama neteja diària de l’habitació.
Pros:

La ubicació i una habitació prou confortable.

Cons:

1- Un esmorzar desastrós. Tot i tenir-lo pagat, has d’anar fora de l’hotel i el què hi ofereixen és horrorós. Sols hi ha cafè soluble i llet freda. A més el personal és maleducat.
2- Falta de neteja. L’hotel no neteja les habitacions ni que els hi demanis.

Very good value , basic accommodation, in excellent location. Don’t expect anything fancy.

Excellent location, convenient for everything yet quiet at night.
The room was clean, the bed was ok and the bathroom was clean and modern

Cons:

The first impression was worrying, the carpet in the reception area and in the corridors was very stained and dirty looking.

Brilliant- right near the docks
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable, like that the you have too use your room key to access the lifts

Cons:

That there is no sign that there is disabled access just past the entrance , and that the door didn’t open

Good value, great location
Pros:

It was clean. There was liquid soap and shampoo in bathroom and a hairdryer and iron . It had a kettle with tea n coffee.
So close to the albert docks but also close to the cavern and Matthew street.

Cons:

The tv needed attention
The blinds were broken but we didn't mind. Maybe someone else would though

Big size family room - everything you needed
Staff helpful
Bonus to have blinds and curtains - the kids slept in later 🙂
Definitely book again !

Cons:

The only thing would be the bedroom windows don’t open (we like fresh air) and that’s just personal choice - wasn’t major issue!
