Excellent location in the city centre and every attraction within walking distance. Hotel was clean with all you needed for a stay.in Liverpool.. Have stayed here before so knew what to expect

La limpieza de habitación no pasó ningun día a limpiar la habitación ni a retirar las papeleras ni toallitas mojadas.

Great place for a short stay, in a lovely part of Liverpool
Pros:

Good situation, extremely friendly staff, with 24 hr reception. Room was spacious, very clean, nice bathroom and extremely comfortable beds. There is limited facilities in the room such as no fridge but nice coffee and tea maker, it is good value for money.

Excellent stay. Great location.
Pros:

Excellent location, the hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the centre and the pier head so it’s so close to the places we wanted to be.
Big room with a big comfortable bed.
Friendly staff.
Discount for the Q park which is less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Cons:

There isn’t anything that we didn’t like!

A brilliant place to stay for a short break in Liverpool.
Pros:

Location of hotel was great, right next to James Street Station and a 5 minute walk to the water front. The room was lovely and even though it was on a main road you could hear no noise and would stay hear again.

There was nothing not to like.
