Pros:

The Staff attention was great. Much commendation to Tom who went far and beyond to make me and my family as comfy as possible.
Kudos to him.

Posizione centrale

Cons:

Al nostro arrivo ci è stata data una camera doppia anziché tripla come da prenotazione ma ce l'anno prontamente cambiata. La nuova stanza aveva un materasso sfondato che non ci hanno mai sostituito nonostante l'avessimo richiesto.

Dobrá lokalita.

Cons:

Snídaně velmi špatné, na druhý den jsme je odhlásili a požadovali vrácení peněz za snídaně. Recepční řekl, že to bude řešit s manažerem, ale nikdo se neozval a ani na opakované zprávy nikdo nereagoval. Nezájem.

Tv not working properly,people shouting in corridor at 4 45 in morning.terrible breakfast choice,we just left and went somewhere elts for breakfast.Very basic hotel.
