fix showers to void any falls, and new carpets this carpet looks nasty

I did not pay for breakfast.

Cons:

we had dinner in the restraunt that night the computer was not working so we could not pay for our dinner. I had to go to my room and then get dress again and down stairs to pay. we as for a 3:30 am wake up call never got one. We had to be in the hospital by 7:00 am for surgery. When I booked the hotel i ask how far Memorial Herman hospital was I was told 11 mins. It ended up it was 45 minutes. I would on not booked this hotel if I knew it was that far.The shower was very very slippery we were afraid we would fall.

Very comfortable
Pros:

We loved how spacious the room was. Beds were comfortable, room was quiet and clean.

Cons:

I wish the bathroom had a fan that we could turn on for the moisture from the hot water. Other than that no negatives with our stay.

Not as good as I stay to other Holiday Inn hotels.
Pros:

Staff Kumar is pleasant not only to adult guest but as well to my 2 year old granddaughter.

Cons:

The A/C inside our room nir working well. I have 2 year old granddaughter.
The room is nit clean. No microwave inside our room.

Pros:

The size of the room was great and bed was really comfortable.The staff were friendly and accommodating. Love the smell of cleaned lobby. It was a shame we didn't get the chance to try the pool,sauna and gym,perhaps next time.

Cons:

The bedroom only has wall lights/reading lights.While most visitors prefers the dim light feature,i lean towards white light because i have bad eyesight.Other than that everything else was great.
