Cons:

We asked daily for enough towels for our daily and each day we were only given two. The booking shows 4 people - why make it so hard to take care of your guests. It’s easy stuff that should be taken care of not requiring guests to ask.

I booked 2 rooms with 2 beds got 2 rooms with one bed , told them about it they said they where full , I made my reservation 3 weeks before the stay I should of got eat I asked for , we went to the bar asked for options girl looked at us like we where not even there . Parking was horrible

Very comfortable
Pros:

We loved how spacious the room was. Beds were comfortable, room was quiet and clean.

Cons:

I wish the bathroom had a fan that we could turn on for the moisture from the hot water. Other than that no negatives with our stay.

I did not pay for breakfast.

Cons:

we had dinner in the restraunt that night the computer was not working so we could not pay for our dinner. I had to go to my room and then get dress again and down stairs to pay. we as for a 3:30 am wake up call never got one. We had to be in the hospital by 7:00 am for surgery. When I booked the hotel i ask how far Memorial Herman hospital was I was told 11 mins. It ended up it was 45 minutes. I would on not booked this hotel if I knew it was that far.The shower was very very slippery we were afraid we would fall.
