Pros:

The hotel was in a good location, had lovely rooms, better than expected. The pool area was large. The restaurant had a good selection for evening meals.

Cons:

I didn't like being asked to pay an early check in fee for being less than 2 hours early. I know it was my choice to pay but having visited dozens of hotels around the world I've never been asked to pay to check in early. I also feel the waiting staff in the restaurant were too keen to help. Sometimes you just want to help yourself.

Huge, beautiful room with sitting area, desk and stunning bath. The four-poster bed was cosy and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond. We loved our henna tattoo designs (thank you, lovely receptionist) as we were all waiting to check-in...

Gostei das instalações, no geral, antigas mas bem conservadas, e do espaço restaurante/bar.

Cons:

Não gostei de permitirem atividades no espaço do hotel que incluam vendas ou pedidos de dinheiro - neste caso tratava-se de um espetáculo de marionetas.

The insensitive and incompétent local government is constructing an overhead métro line in the city the clearly does not need it. It just makes the city look ugly .

Friendly staff and peaceful place, well located for station and Taj Mahal.
Pros:

Staff were super kind and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy and cooked me a lentil dish for dinner that wasn't on the menu.

Cons:

Felt like the turn around on the rooms was rushed and therefore the room could have done with a deep clean.

El alojamiento está muy bien. Nos alojamos en la segunda planta, justo encima de la piscina, y la habitación era excelente: amplia, cómoda y muy limpia. El lugar es tranquilo, ideal para descansar.

El personal fue muy amable en todo momento y, además, tuvieron el detalle de ofrecernos una habitación superior sin coste adicional, lo cual se agradece mucho.

La piscina estaba limpia y resultaba muy agradable para pasar un rato relajándose. Sin duda, una experiencia muy positiva que repetiríamos.

Beautifully, relaxing stay!
Pros:

We were very kindly upgraded from a garden view to a swimming pool view room and it had the old colonial charm with arches and long terraces. The bedrooms had all the modern facilities plus the charm of dark wooden furniture including a four poster bed, crystal lighting in the bathroom and in the bedroom and beautiful antique decor. The restaurant had a large variety of continental and Indian breakfast in a buffet. We had dinner too and the dishes were both generous and delicious.

Cons:

They were slow in responding but it seems there was an issue with booking.com messages.

Brought visiting family who enjoyed the hotel immensely. Spacious rooms, pool, puppet show, accommodating staff.
