Pros:

Pool indoors, breakfast was fresh and hot.

Cons:

Housekeeping was not on tge ball. Forgot to leave towels one day and tge next didn't show up at all.

We would stay there again if passing through. I would definitely call to confirm the room arrangements.
Pros:

Booking itself had overbooked the hotel, and in fact if they had not reworked the rooms at the hotel, we would not have had a room. The hotel took it upon themselves to personally call us. Let us know initially that we had been overbooked and didn’t have a room, but they were going to see what they could do. They were able to work. Some magic in my family was able to stay.

Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

We only got clean towels but they left everything else untouched. The second morning there was no coffee. They ran out of coffee beans and put a sign up to use the other machine and it was empty. This is was totally unacceptable. To lazy to fill up the beans in the coffee machine. They charged me more than what I was book for almost $50 more. I asked for an invoice and still haven’t received it. The “special” cinnamon roll that everyone says that was good, was awful!! They were stale and dry! Will I be back. Absolutely not!

Decent place/ needs some TLC
Pros:

The spa tub was wonderful! The staff was great and the location was perfect The breakfast was a great start to my morning

Cons:

The mildew on the tiles in the bathroom. The ripped curtain was sort of tacky. The fact that I could not get a receipt when I checked out was a little disconcerting as well. Was told that I would get it in an email. Still haven't received one

new favorite!
Pros:

First impressions count. Our initial introduction here was a perfect example for front desk employees. Kind, personable, warm, sincere welcome. Room? Excellent. Breakfast? Elevated from usual cheapo other hotels. Return? Absolutely!
