The location was good.

Cons:

Sadly, we did not stay and booked elsewhere. The place had a lot of mould and the smell was terrible. I don’t like writing bad reviews but I can’t recommend this place.

Pros:

An aging property that is still in ok condition. Staff is really great and the location is excellent.

Rooms could use better lighting. Especially in the bathroom. I felt like I was showering at night.

Couldn’t get the TV to work.

Overall it’s quite comfortable. Have reasonable expectations and you will be quite happy to stay here.

Great staff, clean and pleasant.
Pros:

The staff is extremely polite and accommodating. Anything you need, they will do their best to help you and make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The rooms are cleanned upon your request with fresh crisp white linens and clean towels. Everything you need including 2 bottles of water are provided every day. The hot water and water pressure are amazing! better than more pricey hotels we stayed at. The hotel is a short pleasant walk to Pub street and all the restaurants and bars in the area. You can not find better quality/ price than this hotel in Siem Reap.

Cons:

Nothing, for the price this hotel is above and beyond worth it. We would definitely stay there again if we go through Siem Reap in the future.
