Not a 4-star hotel. Barely even a 3-star. Needs maintenance and cleaning.
Pros:

Location is excellent. The rooms are large and quiet enough at night. Price is fair for the location and room size.

Cons:

This is not a 4-star hotel as advertised. The carpets in the common areas are dirty. There was mold near the airconditioner vent in the room and the mattresses were hard, not firm, hard and uncomfortable. The hotel is in need of a renovation.

Position restaurant overlooking River.
The upgrade was very good even the television I could work, compared to the time before last, stay at the hotel when televisions seem to be too complicated and didn’t work at all !

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit thin on the ground. I don’t know if this was because you had a few clients, but in the past it’s been quite good this time very thin specially with the fruit.

We loved our time in Phnom Penh and our stay here in this location was a big reason why.
Pros:

The location really worked well for our needs. We particularly loved the rooftop access for both breakfast and spectacular night time views of the vibrant riverfront activity buzzing within easy eyeshot below us.
