Globalement établissement très agréable et confortable avec des prestation réelles de 4*
Pros:

Installations et notamment terasse Rooftop et piscine. Chambre spacieuse
Ambiance un peu "coloniale" très sympathique
Personnel très serviable et petit-déjeuner généreux

Cons:

Petit vieillissement des sanitaires de certaines chambre (2e nuit au retour).
Wi-fi non capté sur les étages supérieurs

Excellent emplacement et personnel attentionné
Pros:

Le personnel est particulièrement prévenant et attentif.

Cons:

A l'époque où j'y suis passée, il y avait des travaux importants dans le quartier. J'ai été prévenue mais trop peu de temps avant pour décider en connaissance de cause si je restais ou changeais. Finalement, la gentillesse du personnel a compensé tout ça

Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé. Personnel très agréable.
Chambre grande, propre et avec une belle vue sur le temple voisin et la ville.
Déjeuner excellent sur le rooftop et pour tous les goûts.
J’y retournerai !

Cons:

Le seul bémol est le chantier voisin actif en journée 7/7 (ici ils ne connaissent pas les 35h hebdomadaires françaises ;-) ), mais l’hôtel n’en peut évidemment rien. Ils ont même eu l’honnêteté de m’en avertir avant.

Komfortabel und zentral
Pros:

Das etwas in die Jahre gekommene Hotel liegt zentral am Fluss. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten trotz einiger Baugeräusche in den komfortablen Betten sehr gut schlafen. Das Frühstücksbufet auf der Dachterrasse ließ für uns nichts zu wünschen übrig. Den Swimming Pool haben wir gern genutzt.

Cons:

Uns hat nichts gestört. Vielleicht ist das bei sehr geräuschempfindlichen Leuten anders.

Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel several times, the location is very good, the staff is very kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Clean, spacious, well-equipped rooms. Located near the river Tonle Sap river, and Mekong. Plenty of restaurants, bars, massage saloons can be found in walking distance. The Royal Palace and National museum in 10 min walk. Many bars are around, o ittle bit noisy The price-performance ratio is excellent.
