Cleanliness
10
Multiple reviewers explicitly noted clean rooms and a quiet environment (e.g., 'Clean quiet', 'The rooms were clean').
Service
10
Guests mentioned staff were 'easy to deal with' and interactions were positive; however some operational issues (elevators) appear maintenance-related rather than front-desk responsiveness.
Location
10
Location was called out positively ('Location / breakfast / easy to deal with'); 'no walk permitted' was noted as a limitation but the hotel's location itself was praised.
Room Quality
6
Room cleanliness was good but bed quality was repeatedly criticized ('Beds are very poor quality'), lowering the room comfort score.
Amenities
5
Elevator problems were mentioned multiple times ('elevators were broken', 'Your elevator was about to go out'), significantly impacting the amenities/facilities score.
Value for Money
8.1
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Food and Beverage
6.5
Mixed feedback on breakfast: one reviewer called it 'very good' while another reported long waits and slow item availability, leading to a modestly reduced score.
Overall Experience
9.2
Overall sentiment is mixed but leans positive: clean rooms, good location and helpful staff were praised while broken elevators and poor bed quality detracted from some stays.
