Excelente lugar para descansar o si viajas por trabajo.
Pros:

Muy buen hotel, con una excelente ubicación, tiene 2 plazas comerciales a solo unos pasos y un poco más la angelópolis. El personal amable y con muy buenas instalaciones.

Cons:

Me gustaria que la habitación tuviera más ilumación sobretodo cuando no ya es de noche, había una lámpara cerca del sillón pero esta no funcionaba.

Me relaje mucho hospedandome en este hotel y pude descansar plenamente, ame las instalaciones
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado, tiene una plaza cerca lo cuál te permite tener acceso a amediades caminando, el personal es muy amable y las instalaciones son muy bonitas y comodas. El desayuno está muy rico.

Hotel céntrico para la zona de Angelópolis
Pros:

La habitación estaba grande y cómoda, el servicio buffete muy rico. Es un servicio americano sin costo. Si quieres acceso al buffete completo pagas el adicional que esta bien surtido.

Cons:

A la llegada, me asignaron una habitación que estaba en reparación y la tele en la.cama. Me atendieron rápido y me cambiaron de habitación.

Siento que hace falta más iluminación, ya que en la noche tuve que acercaría lámpara para poder trabajar en en el escritorio.

Un buen hotel familiar para hospedarse en Puebla.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, además, las habitaciones son muy amplias, el lugar muy limpio.

Cons:

Llegó un grupo de estudiantes al hotel e hicieron fiesta en su habitación: por dos días fue difícil quedarme dormida por el ruido.

Que tengan tinas de baño las habitaciones.

Cons:

Las almohadas no estaban limpias. 2 habitaciones que también se ocuparon las ventanas tenían como vista una pared.
Hay que dar un poco de mantenimiento.
El desayuno que ofrecen muy básico. Que no dijeron que todos los niños NO estaban incluidos en el desayuno gratis.

Excellent of you don’t consider breakfast.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, location, with a garage for car.

Cons:

Breakfast and attitude of staff at the restaurant. They offer eggs how you like them prepared and at the end they give you no choice (scrambled with ham). They serve everything at once and give you no chance to start with the fruit and then get the eggs. No coffee refill; that seems cheap.
