Cockroaches
Cons:

This has been the worst stay I’ve experienced while traveling through Southeast Asia both in terms of the accommodation itself and how we were treated. Upon arrival, the hotel appeared run-down, poorly maintained, and unclean, despite having clear potential. The bathroom was particularly dirty, and we even encountered cockroaches. As it was late at night, we chose not to raise the issue immediately, but decided we would leave first thing in the morning. The following day, we went to reception with our bags and politely requested to cancel the remainder of our stay due to the hygiene issues and our very poor first night experience. Unfortunately, we were met with a dismissive attitude. The receptionist asked us to cancel on booking.com which would have resulted in an additional $43 charge something we were understandably unwilling to accept. He eventually agreed to cancel the stay but informed us that we would not receive a refund. At that point, despite being mindful of our budget, we simply wanted to leave as quickly as possible. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others not to stay here. There are far better accommodations available in the area for the same price or even less.

The pictures of the hotel do not reflect how this hotel really is - it’s very run down and there is a build up of dirt and marks all over the hotel and in the room
There is cockroaches in areas of the hotel

Disgusting
Cons:

At first we thought “this is fine it’s just one night” but we ended up checking out at midnight because of how nasty it was. Bedbugs and full on insects all over, specifically in the bathroom

très bon rapport qualité/prix. il faut demander une chambre de l'autre côté du boulevard, et c'est très calme, pas de bruit, pas de pollution, on peut aérer facilement (de l'autre côté cela doit etre bien différent). chambre grande et spacieuse, bien équipé. très propre. Grand lit de 2.4 m de large !....petit déjeuner buffet à volonté. foncez.

Cons:

Rien, si vous avez une chambre côté calme.

Authentic New York experience with cockroaches to match
Pros:

I guess the location was okay for Phnom Penh. Centrally located. The staff was nice too. No complaints about the staff.

Cons:

Probably the giant cockroaches that were in mine and my friends rooms. As well as the cockroaches crawling all over the housekeepers cart. I killed a really big cockroach in my friends room. Came back to my room and searched it. Found two, killed one, one escaped. Slept with the lights on. When I woke up I passed the housekeepers cart and saw it crawling with cockroaches. I went back to my room, checked all of my things, packed up and left. I had booked two nights and only stayed one night. No thanks. Never again.

Pros:

Les habitacions són modernetes, amb armari, nevera, tetera amb cafè i té, aigua.
El llit gran i còmode i el bany acceptable, amb banyera (tot i que crec que no faria falta i estaria millor un plat de dutxa)

Entrava l’esmorzar, on hi tenies diverses opcions, sobretot cuina del país

Els vidres bruts
El segon dia marxavem aviat i els hi varem dir si ens podien fer una bossa amb alguna cosa per menjar pel viatge, i ens van respondre que no. No ens va agradar, no costava gens haver posat un plàtan i algu a altra cosa
