Bed bug and cockroaches...
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, but missing some western food, mainly for chinese...

Cons:

The first room was infested with cockroaches (at least 20 came out in the night), and there were even some on the bed!
I also found a bedbug! How can you sleep in these conditions?
The next day I was moved to a different room, but in the evening I still saw two cockroaches and a gecko in the bathroom.
The hotel didn't want to refund me, or compensate with a free night.
Besides of that both of the rooms were not so clean, with hairs below the bed, stained sheets, and lights not working properly. It might have been a 3-star hotel 20 years ago, but now it's difficult to give 1 star...

Cons:

Hotel vieillissant, le marbre au dessus de l’ascenseur 5 eme étage tient avec du scotch, l’accès à l’hôtel est très difficile car des voitures sont garées juste devant la porte, la tv n’était pas branchée, Hotel très bruyant même les fenêtres fermées beaucoup de circulation.

Poor rooms, i didn't take photos
Pros:

Shower over bath and enamel has come of bath and I slipped in bath
Shower curtain black and falling of has been tied up by previous customer's.
Fridge in room in poor condition black in side needs to go in the bin
Duvet cover too small for the bed.
