Great location.

I stayed with my wife. The location is great but they allow so many cars in front blocking the entrance. There was no water service in the area and they ran out of water in the reservoir tank but they didn’t provide solutions except for 2 bottles of water of 16 ounces. The hotel is not a big one and they could have easily bought cases of water to provide 2 gallons per room per day but they only offered 16 ounces of cold water per person. The administration haven’t said anything about how they will compensate the terrible experience that is paying to have some relaxed time and ending with such inconveniences.

This hotel is in the middle of everything. No need to rent a car. You can walk to some great restaurants and shops. There is a lot of history nearby and the Fort at Old San Juan is only 15 minutes away on foot. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and air conditioned. Would have been nice if our room had a window, but that was no big deal. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. They held our luggage after we checked out at 11am so we could explore the area before we left at 5pm for our Cruise. You could almost walk to the pier from the hotel.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and would do it again if in the area.

I have a lot of fun at Old San Juan. The hotel is great and had a lot of places very close. I enjoyed a lot. Want to go back again!!!

Perfect location

Great service and comfort. Very close to many places. Excellent location. Going back soon.

No room thermostat, no window.

The first room we were put in would need an upgrade to be considered a prison cell. No windows, no hot water, toilet couldn’t flush solid waste. A room and a bed. No table or chair. No where to open your luggage except the floor.

Location was excellent walking distance to all major Old San Juan attractions and restaurants. staff very attentive and helpful. Room comfortable just needed a small table/dresser or shelves to put stuff. Building has an elevator.

The property location was the best! Old San Juan had many food, music, and shopping options. Ubers were available, easy to get, and inexpensive. The room was clean and the decor was neat. The bed was very firm (too firm for us), but new. The staff were very friendly. No breakfast at the hotel, but coffee is available in a.m. hint: bring your own coffee cup. The cups provided are very small. Would recommend and stay again.

Nice location in Old San Juan. Only stayed one night before a cruise. Staff was friendly and helpful. Stored our luggage when we arrived before check in time and after check out since we had a later boarding time.

Should have glasses and hand towels in the bathroom. Hot water very slow to come.

Front desk went above and beyond whenever I asked for anything.

This place is a rundown dump. It is nothing like what is advertised. It says this is a Hilton property. If it is then Hilton needs to close this down. This is coming from a Hilton rewards member.
Room smells, bed is small, carpet is dirty, building is old, door is unsecure. I am itchy just staying in this room. I am sleeping with all the lights on because of how filthy the room is. I need to be sure nothing is crawling on me. So upset I paid almost $200 to stay in this dumb for one night.

The staff was absolutely amazing. However the sink in the bathroom kept on clogging. We asked to get that checked out or fixed and it wasn't. (Only reason for a 3)

Stayed overnight prior to a cruise departure. Not at all fancy or updated, but was affordable, clean, comfortable, safe and quiet. We wanted a quick stay in Old San Juan and this worked for us.
