Important information:

There will be a construction project will be start on 24 January - 31 March 2026. The project involves the construction of a new public toilet and changing room located at the swimming pool area. Some activities around the swimming pool area may experience minor disturbance. Our team has taken necessary measures to ensure guest safety and comfort throughout the project. We will work hard to minimize any disruptions during this project, we will also cover the project area neatly and continue to provide our excellent services. During the project is in progress, there will be no closure of our facilities. Thus, all guest may still enjoy the swimming pool facilities as usual. The rooms will be not affected by the noise of the project.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

Helpful staff and very pretty hotel, AC was really good. Spa was very good for massages.

Cons:

Showers were very dated and never went cold, buffet had very few options, more could be around the pool bar. Rooms were nice but not luxarious. Gym was terrible.

Pros:

Gardens create a relaxing atmosphere . Large pool and padded deckchairs. Quiet area with lots of food options. Reception very helpful, have donation box for local school rather than tip box.

Cons:

Hot water problem took a couple of attempts /days to fix...understandable as resort is repairing recent flood damage. Food and drink prices at pool and bit high.

Basic but reasonable price in convenient location
Pros:

Close to airport and easy walking access to places around kuta

Cons:

Air con in the room was leaking so it dripped the entire night, if we'd been staying longer than one night we would have asked for another room. Shower was a bit awkward in a spa bath and there are stairs to get up to room which is ok most of the time but bit annoying with luggage.

Kamer was goed, alles wat je nodig hebt was er, kast, buro, kluis, koelkast. Goede locatie, dichtbij het strand en de winkeltjes en restaurants. Mooi zwembad, mooi tuin. Keuze menu voor ontbijt, was goed, daarnaast nog extra vers fruit en juice.

Breakfast is not a 4 star rating. More of a Zero star, at a 4 star hotel mmmmmmmm not happy Jan. Feeling eating leftover bread and pancakes. Service staff weren't helpful in asking for a coffee as I was to get myself. Front desk staff ok.
