Pros:

The staff were very friendly. They remembered our names. I hadn't told them it was my birthday during my stay but they presented me with a little cake and sang happy birthday.

The suite we had was comfortable and clean. We had a bath, lounge and a balcony which all added to the comfort.

Cons:

Could maybe use some upgrades but given the work being done i assume its coming

Pros:

The staff really wanted to fix our situation. Unfortunately, we were so unhappy with the room we had booked that we immediately booked a room at a neighboring resort where we had stayed before.

Cons:

The room was absolutely AWFUL! As soon as we walked in, there was an overwhelming smell of mustiness and mold. The furniture looked like it had come straight from the 1920’s. My girlfriend commented on a strange closet door in the bathroom: “I don’t think we want to open that—George Washington might be taking a nap in there!” She actually started to have trouble breathing in the room. The staff offered to send housekeeping up to the room, which wasn’t going to do anything. They then offered to show us a different room, but by then e had already booked a room at a resort next door, which was lovely.

To Risata’s credit, they did reach out to me with apologies immediately. It would’ve been nice if they offered to give us a refund on the room, but they didn’t. It was so bad that we opted to pay for two rooms for 3 nights.

Perfetto per andare in aeroporto
Pros:

Molto vicino all’aeroporto, ci si può andare a piedi, e l’entrata dell’hotel é molto curata e anche i giardini, le camere sono pulite e corrette. La colazione é completa e corretta.

Cons:

Un po’ vecchiotto, avrebbe bisogno di un po’ di rinnovo, ed é uguale al resto della città, molto turistico e un po’ da rinnovare.
