Castle Villas at Bluebeards by Capital Vacations

Bluebeard castle villa was the worst vacation we have taken thus far. From the people to the accommodation it was terrible. We were meant with the worst customer service by far. The hospitality is nonexistent. My family and I have been vacation for sometime now and this has been the worse experience thus far. St Thomas has been expensive from beginning to end. Which is not the worse part for us. The people have been terrible and some of the worse interactions we have encountered. No help, no customer service, and just rude. We will not be back here ever. There has been no communication and hospitality at the villa.

10/10 recommend this place was beautiful the staff was nice and it’s not far from all the hot spots to explore

The views were amazing, the only downfall is the towel system that they have set up if you’re staying for a . Other than that, very nice.

Location has great views. Would def recomment renting a car. Pretty close to downtown area. Can use taxi service, which hotel will call for you. You can also walk, but just know hotel is on a steep hill. They have a museum on sight. They have 2 restaurants with a bar. Breakfast was fire, so was lunch. The staff was friendly. They provide lots of towels and amenities in the room. You can call and ask for additional as well. Room sevice is not provided unless you call, but at least they provide service until 9pm if needed. The pool/jacuzzi waa open until midnight which was great. Would def recommend staying here.

Resort is several buildings built around a large hill connected by series of outside stairs. Beautiful views of ocean and surrounding mountains.

This was a great place for our honeymoon stay.

Loved my stay, great value for the affordable price. Easy to get transportation around everywhere, only complaint is it’s not a walkable location so you need a car/taxi

Very nice property, well equipped suite, just bring your suitcase & you're home. Beautiful view. Restaurant & convenience store on-site, food was delicious, complimentary Coffee & Water in lobby. Bring coffee/creamer for your in-room coffee maker! Pool was wonderful & view breathtaking. Taxis onsite & available $6 per person. Walking wasnt the best & safest idea, we did it once. Friendly & helpful staff . Theres parking, seemed busier on weekends though.
My only complaint is some of the women working the front desk staff could be friendlier.

We had a wonderful time staying at Bluebeard's castle. It was centrally located and loved the viewed there.

Great friendly place to stay !

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, exactly what I was hoping for during my stay. However, the experience at the front desk left much to be desired. The agents seemed uninterested and lacked the warmth or attentiveness typically expected in a hospitality setting. A more welcoming and professional attitude would have made a big difference in the overall experience.

Nice room, great view, restaurant was terrific. Roosters crowing outside our door at 4am was annoying but they’re everywhere on the island so part of the experience
