Pros:

La literie, l emplacement et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Manque de rangement pour 4 personnes, une cuisine mais un simple bureau pour manger avec une chaise pour 4 personnes. Ascenseurs et salle de petit déjeuner inadaptés aux nombres de clients. Embouteillages en permanence qui gâche le séjour

La posizione e la gentilezza dello staff in particolare degli addetti alla colazione.

Cons:

L’attesa al mattino per gli ascensori, la pulizia discreta, poco spazio nella sala della colazione ( non climatizzata) e nella camera mancava sempre qualcosa asciugamani bagnoschiuma bicchieri.

Nothing besides the location.

Cons:

The hotel is greatly deteriorated. The premises of the hotel were in general in bad shape. The room had many issues (broken shower, broken doors, TV not working, air conditioning not working properly, etc). When we complained, the hotel partially fixed some of those, but overall this is far from what you would expect from an expensive 4-star hotel. The breakfast was very low-quality and the area for sitting during breakfast was terribly hot (it was notoriously bothersome, we saw many people complaining about this). Furthermore, the rooftop was closed and they only informed about this when there was no possibility of canceling the relevation. This was perhaps our worst hotel experience ever.

Pros:

modern hotel, close to Times Square, nice ESB view from 38 floor, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, good breakfast (sweet, savory, juice, coffee), relax hour with cheese, bread, wine and beer, helpful and polite reception and breakfast staff, elevator waiting times mostly reasonable

Cons:

very noisy AC in room, long elevator waiting times if 1 of 3 is stucked somewhere and not working,
big lines at breakfast rush hours around 8-9am, not enough space and tables

Posizione centrale, vicino Times square.

Cons:

Fortemente rammaricata per aver dovuto pagare un late check out per soli circa 10 min di 86 dollari, non specificato su Booking (da considerarsi l’attesa di 10 min a volte per l’ascensore) Difficoltà nel regolare l’acqua fredda/calda. Pulizia scadente. Microonde non funzionante. Personale della reception poco cordiale e flessibile. Probabilmente in Italia non siamo abituati a una rigidità del genere.

La petite cuisine tres pratique

Cons:

Le manque de place au petit déjeuner ( principalementle week end)+le manque de climatisation
La temps d attend de l ascenseur (principalement a l heure du déjeuner)
Suite a un soucis de réservation (qui évidemment n est pas de leurs faute mais de booking enfin d apres eux )j ai du refaire un enregistrement pour les 3 derniers jours et payer une seconde caution . Malgré que j y séjourner depuis deja 11 jours. .personnel a l accueil pas toujours très sympathique.

Pros:

The hotel's location is excellent. The room is very comfortable and spacious. The refrigerator is large. The bathroom is large. And the view is fantastic. My next choice will be Element Hotel again.
