Bon rapport qualité - prix proche du métro et dans une rue assez calme pour NY.
Pros:

L'emplacement géographique, bien situé, proche d'une station de métro. Pas trop bruyant, Chambre assez grande pour 2 avec une kitchenette. La possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre (entrebaillement). Personnel agréable. La sécurité à l'entrée toute la journée. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Salle de bains grande et douche avec une bonne pression (ce qui est rare aux USA).

Cons:

Dans la kitchenette pas de dosette pour le lave vaisselle. Frigo trop prêt de la tête de lit, donc bruyant. Au petit déjeuner, pas d'appareil à gaufres (celles proposées un jour étaient immangeable ainsi que les pancakes proposés un autre jour).

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, duży wybór na śniadaniu, miła obsługa, przekąski, piwo i wino w godz. 17-18.30. Pokój dla czterech osób troszkę mały, ale dałyśmy radę. Aneks kychenny dobrze wyposażony. Dostęp do wody, kawy, herbaty przez cały dzień.

Cons:

Trafilismy w okresie remontu elewacji, więc taras na dachu był nieczynny

Pros:

The room was spacious. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The time it took waiting on an elevator to get to the 38th floor. The crowds on the elevators as there are only 3 elevators and 40 floors. The crowds at breakfast. The AC in the room could be set at 66 but the temp didn't go below 70. The toilet was broken and ran constantly.

Pros:

Très bien situé dans le quartier. Métros à proximité. Établissement calme et bien insonorisé. Bagagerie gratuite à disposition le jour du départ. Le petit en-cas en fin d’après-midi du lundi au jeudi est très appréciable. Très belle vue de la chambre (ESB d’un côté, The Edge de l’autre).

Cons:

La diversité des produits proposés au petit-déjeuner. À cause des travaux on a pas pu accéder au rooftop.

Amazing Views, Disappointing Breakfast
Pros:

The location is excellent, very close to Times Square and many of New York's main attractions. The room was comfortable, and the view was the highlight of the stay. We stayed on the 27th floor and the nighttime views were spectacular, especially considering the price. The heating and air conditioning worked very well, making the room comfortable throughout our stay.

Cons:

The breakfast was very disappointing. The selection was extremely limited, with only one type of ham, one type of cheese, and a few hot items. Most of the options were sweet, with very few savory choices. I was also surprised to see breakfast served with plastic cutlery and paper plates. For a large hotel chain in 2026, this feels outdated and wasteful.

The shower water pressure could have been better, and the elevators became crowded very quickly, especially during peak hours.
