A szoba berendezése erősen elhasználódott és lelakott állapotban volt. Az ágy sérült volt, instabil és folyamatosan nyikorgott. A 2010-es szobában található ágy mindenképpen cserére szorulna.

A takarítás minősége sem volt megfelelő: inkább felületes áttörlésnek tűnt, alapos porszívózásnak nem sok nyoma volt.

A legnagyobb problémát azonban a szoba mérete jelentette. Egy 36 m²-es szobát foglaltam és fizettem ki, ehhez képest először egy körülbelül 19 m²-es szobát kaptam. Miután ezt jeleztem, csak egy nappal később költözhettem át az állításuk szerint legnagyobb szobájukba, amely azonban becslésem szerint mindössze 26–27 m² lehetett. Ez továbbra is jelentősen elmaradt a foglalásban feltüntetett és kifizetett 36 m²-től.

The room furnishings were heavily worn and in poor condition. The bed was damaged, unstable, and creaked constantly. The bed in room 2010 definitely needs to be replaced.

The standard of cleaning was also disappointing. It seemed more like superficial wiping than proper cleaning, and there was little evidence that the room had been thoroughly vacuumed.

However, the biggest issue was the size of the room. I booked and paid for a 36 m² room, but I was initially given a room of approximately 19 m². After I complained, I was moved one day later to what I was told was their largest room. However, it appeared to be only around 26–27 m², which was still significantly smaller than the 36 m² room advertised and paid for.

The elevators always one of them was out of service, they are small and to many people to use them.

A little bit shocked by the amount of single use utensils at breakfast. Plastic spoons, knives, forks (all individually wrapped in plastic) and paper plates and bows. Felt very wasteful and unnecessary.

Very loud air conditioners in the rooms, not easy to sleep at night time.

As other reviews mention, the rooftop renovations have been going on for a while but you get a notification of the times before your stay and there’s also the elevators which as expected are crowded around breakfast peak times that are indicated on the elevators.

The room was dirty, dirty sheets on the bed with stains, when I asked the staff to change it they just brought new sheets which had blood stains on them (I made photos for proof). TV was not working as promised. There was an issue with water as well, there was no cold water available 80% of the times which made basic things like showering or washing up impossible. I tried to reach the front desk for help but all they told me is that they will fix it, but they did not.

Comfort of the beds - too soft for me

Rooftop was under construction so my daughter was disappointed. Noise of traffic and emergency vehicles was loud. Parking was $76 per 24 hours that was expensive.
