Ótimo hotel e funcionários.
Pros:

Os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos. A localização é ótima e o hotel atendeu nossas expectativas. Certamente caso um dia retorne para Playa del Carmen retornaria ao hotel. O chuveiro é bom, a cama é boa e o quarto bem limpo. Pela localização do hotel acaba que durante a noite o quarto sofre com barulho mas isso não é culpa do hotel e é consequência da ótima localização. A estrutura na praia do hotel é muito boa e horário também é bem amplo para utilizar.

Pros:

Plage devant l'hôtel est belle et très bien nettoyée, personnel sympathique et courtois, chambre lune de miel avec vue magnifique et confortable. Bon rapport qualité prix et emplacement près de la 5e avenue parfaite ! Aucun dérangement ni bruit la nuit malgré la proximité de la ville.

Beaucoup de plaisir à Pelicano inn 2 fois
Pros:

La grande chambre claire propre et vue sur la mer au deuxième étage
Les transats et serviettes sur la plage juste là où il n’y a pas de rochers et d’algues
Personnel restaurant très sympa (Raphaël et Isaac)
De bons Massages avec femme sympa souriante

Cons:

Le jus d’orange non pressé
La musique forte du restaurant juste à côté

Pros:

No hay ubicación mejor en Playa del Carmen! Los funcionarios todos amables, la comida buena- incluso el desayuno. Las instalaciones buena y la playa estupenda! Yo volvería a hospedar en este hotel!

Cons:

Como sugerencias - La iluminación de las habitaciones podrian ser mejores. Además, tuvimos 1 dia que la ducha quedó fria. La limpieza bien, pero podria ser mejor como cambiar los vasos sucios de la habitacion.
