Bien situé pour quelques nuits

Cons:

Leider hatten die Türen einen minimalen offenen Spalt, daher konnte man leider alles hören und Mücken sind dadurch ins Zimmer gekommen, leider bin ich mit mehreren Mückenstichen dadurch auch (obwohl ich mich und das Zimmer mit Insektenspray eingesprüht habe) aufgewacht. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr hellhörig, leider hatten wir eine Zimmer Nachbarin (nicht schuld des Hotels), welche beschlossen hat um 07 Uhr morgens lautstark eine Stunde zu telefonieren am Balkon, was man natürlich gehört hat. Außerdem hat das WLAN im Zimmer nicht funktioniert sondern meistens nur am Balkon

Fast alles perfekt,vor allem das Personal und die fantastische Lage.Wir haben selten so freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal getroffen.

Cons:

Leider gab es keine Schränke im Zimmer sodas man zwei Woche aus dem Koffer lebt.Es fehlt auch die Möglichkeit gewaschenen Wäsche aufzuhängen.Ist aber alles nicht schlimm.

Amamos e voltaremos!
Pros:

O local é super aconchegante. Acabamos retornando e ficando mais uns dias no final das nossas férias, de tanto que gostamos. Os dois quartos que ficamos eram ótimos. A localização é excelente, porque está perto de tudo, além do conforte de ser uma hospedagem à beira-mar. Funcionários super atenciosos e a limpeza sempre em dia. Tinha água, café e amenidades. Além disso, ao lado do hotel você encontra um mini mercado, e tem um Oxxo 24hrs muito próximo. Amamos e voltaremos lá com certeza!

Cons:

O segundo quarto não tinha espelho de corpo inteiro, e isso acaba fazendo falta. Acho que o café da manhã poderia ser mais flexível e permitir mais variedades. Os pratos são fixos, e algumas coisas já preparadas com pimenta, algo que não gosto. E se você pede um prato de ovos com batata (foi meu pedido de todos os dias), você não pode pedir algo para complementar, como iogurte ou frutas, somente pagando à parte. Outra coisa que acho que seria um diferencial, é ter uma pequena academia para manter a rotina de exercícios.
São só pontos de melhoria, mas amamos muito lá!

La posizione ottima rispetto alla 5 Avenida, tuttavia proprio dalla mia camera la 114 si sentiva un continuo rumore di sottofondo proveniente dall' esterno...e purtroppo il mare ha eroso la spiaggia per cui ci sono scogli...ma il mare per tutti i 10 giorni del nostro soggiorno era impraticabile per via delle alghe, bruttissime ...l hotel faceva di tutto per pulirle ( inutilmente vista la quantità esagerata...la colazione buona ma non sapevamo che non ci fosse il buffet per cui si ordina una sola portata con caffè e succo...il personale del bar è sempre molto gentile

Cons:

Aunque no es directamente responsabilidad del hotel, el sargazo es un grave problema, y eso que no estuve en la temporada alta. Sí como huéspedes pagamos un impuesto ambiental deberían hacer algo mas eficiente respecto al tema porque les afecta bastante.
