Elviselhetetlen meleg volt a szobában, kb. 35°C. Ablakot csak résnyire lehetett kinyitni. Légkondi nincs.

somewhere between disappointing and acceptable

Window cant be open, because it is blocked by wall
AC was in room, but not working
Didnt have soap in toilet, you need to buy it
Dirty floor, because it isnt cleaned before we came in
Reception is available 24/7, but noone is at reception, you need to wait because they are sleeping in one of rooms, if u ring they dont hear that, so only option you have is waiting

I complained about all of these issues at the reception. I was told that a technician would come that day at 10 AM, but he never showed up. When I went back to the reception to ask whether he was still coming, there was an older man who spoke only Hungarian. He was unwilling to cooperate and simply told me that there was nothing he could do to help us.

As a result, we were unable to sleep properly for two nights because there was no ventilation or air conditioning in the room, and it was extremely hot and difficult to breathe.
