I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the food was really good. The location was also very convenient, with only a short journey to the airport Also, the market and 7/11 are within walking distance. Overall, a great experience. I would happily stay here again

Round-trip airport transportation for free is absolutely amazing service provided! I sent them an email, and they provided the information on how to meet the driver at the airport. There were some other people waiting for the van to pick us up— I think it was about a 20-minute wait there. The van stopped at domestic arrival as well, and it took about 10 minutes’ ride to get to the hotel. When you check in, the lovely staff asks for the time to leave for the airport. I will stay here again for my next visit to Suvarnabhumi Airport!

A very hard bed 🛌
The breakfast was amazing, very complete with many options. The shuttle from and to the airport was included which made it very convenient, they had very good rates for late check-out. Located just by a big strip with convenience shops and fast food access
The pool was quite small and not very well serviced, no shade, not many sunbeds. The hotel could use more common areas that are air conditioned spacially as they have many gusts waiting to be picked up for the airport.
Free Airport Transfers that went smoothly , great buffet breakfast , string wireless , big clean rooms , restaurant open until 11pm , English speaking movie channels , nice pool on ground floor , Balcony , friendly helpful staff in all areas with special mention to housekeeping . Some temples close worth a look if you are staying more than one night . The area itself is surrounding by huge local markets with an abundance of Thai foods . Excellent location for everything with a short cut thru a gate just off the laneway to KFC and 7/11 . Would actually think about having a few nights here next time and exploring the area as we found it more than just an airport hotel . Did I mention the great pricing ?

The room size was good but the toilet was too small!
The toilet and shower room was small and the water from shower always wet the toilet area!
The room safe was not working too.
The left do not stop on each floor and you have to walk upstairs or downstairs from the left!

No lighting switches by the Bed to read.
Only minor things
- Its close to the Suvarnabhumi airport so if you need to rest before catching a flight it's the best.
- It has free shuttle to and from the hotel.
- Room is clean and neat, just a little bit old.
- They don't have a clothing iron which is weird for me. Usually they provide in hotels everywhere in asia
