Cleanliness
6.5
Mixed reports: several guests praise general cleanliness and hygiene, but multiple reviews mention dirty shower joints, mold above the shower, and inconsistent room cleanliness.
Service
9
Consistently noted as a strength: friendly, welcoming and helpful reception and night staff; special mentions of excellent customer service.
Location
9.2
Very positive: repeatedly praised for proximity to the metro, easy access to Lille, free parking and nearby shops; ideal for short visits and events like the braderie.
Room Quality
6.8
Mixed to negative: comfortable bedding noted but rooms described as dated, small bathrooms, awkward toilet placement and some issues with fixtures (flickering lamps, hard-to-use shower mixer).
Amenities
7.5
Generally adequate: free parking, EV charging and decent breakfast options are positives, but parking surface is damaged for some guests and certain amenities (hairdryer) failed for others.
Value for Money
8.5
Frequently cited as good value or 'bon rapport qualité-prix'—guests find price-quality balance attractive for short stays.
Food and Beverage
8
Breakfast often praised (varied and good coffee) though small critiques appear (lack of eggs available for soft-boiled preparation).
Overall Experience
7.7
Generally positive for short or transit stays: strong location and service offset dated rooms and some cleanliness/maintenance issues, resulting in an overall satisfactory stay for many guests.

Bref... L'horreur
