I selected your hotel based on its listing and rating, expecting a clean, comfortable, and properly maintained environment. However, during my stay I discovered cockroaches in my room. This is not only highly unpleasant but also constitutes a serious sanitation and public health concern.

Under Texas law, lodging establishments are required to maintain sanitary conditions. One night in Cleveland
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was OK, nothing special but better than some I stayed with.

Cons:

There were several "single men" hanging around & in the lobby when we checked if at 11:00 PM. When I went to park our vehicle, my wife stayed in the lobby with our bags. She did not like the way the men looked at her and that they spoke to each other in a foreign language. We will probably never stay there again.
