Location fit my needs, a bit overpriced.
Pros:

Location fitted my needs. Was clean. Breakfast offered a decent variety of.

Cons:

Over priced for the location. The pillows are terrible, they were way too soft, offering no support to head and neck.

The manager did a great job with the tornado warning that was triggered in the AM.

Very clean facility.

Cons:

All the breakfast items were lukewarm warm to just plain cold. Coffee not hot. Oatmeal not even warm. Had to toss the egg cheese omelets. Chicken sausage was room temp. We were really surprised as this has not been the experience in any of the many Hampton we have stayed. We love the Hampton Inns and during our travels we strive to stay in one if available. The breakfast is a big draw for us. We hope this was a one off situation.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Tiffany was very hard working and friendly. She stepped up to do breakfast and did an excellent job when regular employee was sick.

Cons:

Mattress was not comfortable. We stay at Hampton Inn very frequently normally not an issue.

Stay was great, convenient, and quiet!
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and friendly everywhere you went! Quiet location. If you want pizza delivered, call Palermo's pizza!

Cons:

Big kids took over the pool so my son didn't feel comfortable, but that can't be helped.

Great Place to Stay
Pros:

Great place to stay, the place is well maintained, clean, quite, and very accommodating. The front desk clerks (especially Natalia) where very friendly and willing to accommodate you in anyway. I had requested a early check in (3pm), but arrived abount 35 minutes before 3. Alto the room I had selected was not ready, she moved me to a room that was. Will return if in the area again.

The room was nicely setup. After staying in many noisy hotels, being sleep deprived, this was a grand room. Quiet, comfy room & bed, nite light in bathroom. Lots of nearby fast food restaurants.

The layout was very workable easy to work the stations/areas. Had a variety of different Hot breakfast choices every day & GOOD COFFEE!!! Comfortable eating areas; very nice

Bright & clean
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and bright. The staff that we spoke to were all extremely helpful and professional.
Breakfast was a cut above the usual offerings (small omelets instead of plain scrambled eggs, three different kinds of coffee, and two different kinds of waffle batter) and very well presented.

Good place!
Pros:

Good quality and location and staff.

Cons:

A water leak happened the last day and one of the rooms I rented for my colleague had to be evacuated and it was a big hassle for him but my stay was pretty good.
