Pros:

Première nuit impeccable mais deuxième nuit très bruyante : arrivée d’une horde d’ados en voyage scolaire très bruyants. J’avais l’impression qu’ils étaient dans ma chambre.

Pros:

The view on Cannes Bay was really nice.
The staff was very helpful.
The area around does not look like much but if you walk a bit, there are a few lovely restaurants in the neighbourhood.
Hotel is not new but price wise it is more or less what I expected.

Cons:

Rooms need to be refurbished (especially the toilet) and it could be cleaner. The product they used for the shower bathroom smelled like vinegar.
Also too bad the top floor wasn't in use (probably because it's winter but it would be nice to have a cafe space or else to enjoy the view there).

Pros:

Je trouve dommage que cet hôtel prooose un parking très étroit. Alors il n’y a personne le problème de ne se pose pas. Comme cette fois ci. Mais une fois j’ai abîmé ma voiture car je trouve le parking mal fait. Pas d’éclairage dans le garage étant une femme je ne trouve pas cela très sécurisant j’ai dû utiliser mon portable pour l’éclairer.

Je trouve qu’il manque un peu d’organisation on m’a donné une chambre qui n’avait pas été faite. On m’a donné une autre chambre dans la foulée.

Le personnel est très bien !

Très bonne hôtel confortable qualitative + que raisonnable , chambre spacieuse et SDB remis à neuf ( merci our l’eau chaude).
Le prix est très raisonnable.

pool closure very disappointing stay
Pros:

I found the neighbourhood charming with a Montmartre feel on the hill looking over Cannes. The views are spectacular especially from the top floor of the hotel where the pool is located.The room is large in size, very modern and very clean. The hotel is also nice and peaceful and quiet.

Cons:

Its a busy place on a hill so parking as in much of Cannes is limited at best and a pain in the *** at worst. There is a hotel parking which is charged extra. I managed to find a parking space on the street not too far away but if you have lots of items in your car and you dont like walking this is not for you.

The real disappointment was to find that the pool was closed. It was most annoying as i chose the hotel for the pool and there was no mention of the pool shut on booking with a photo of the pool as the main picture. After enquiring in reception i was told they were waiting for water quality analysis. I asked if it would be open tomorrow. The receptionist replied in typical french fashion that he did not know but did not expect so.

Consequently I decided to shorten my stay at the hotel and leave. I would urge any visitors staying in this hotel who share my disappointment to do the same. I did not take breakfast there either also in protest of the pool shut. I will ask for one night to be refunded and if not pursue a visa dispute with the property.

Bonjour, je ne pense pas retourner dans cet hôtel pour les raisons suivantes,
- prévoir le parking payant (6 places gratuites, publique)
- j'ai eu une chambre communicante donc bouillante selon le voisin (se que j'ai eu)
- équipement sanitaire étonnant (lave mains dans la SdB et lavabo dans les toilettes !!!)
- propreté relative
- Mobilier dégradé

The hotel is not comfortable to stays and the room is out dated. Hôtel site is not real.
Pros:

The front desk staff and manager are Ok. They do their best.

Cons:

The air conditioning is broken
There is no fridge in the room
There is no Tele in the room
No help with the luggage


This 4 points is very disappointing. It is summertime with 38 degrees . I couldn’t sleep in room because it’s too hot! I have medical problem and can’t support this environment. I ended sleeping with my car with air conditioning on the whole night. My stays is non refundable . I stays from 29 July to august 11. That was very tough for me.

I tried the breakfast . It’s really plain. Unlike other hotels there is a choice to get eggs for omelette. It was 14€ per breakfast.
