Accueil exemplaire, nuitée confortable
Pros:

L'accueil le soir de mon arrivée, le réceptionniste était vraiment d'une gentillesse que l'on apprécie quand on est fatigué.
J'ai aimé le confort du lit, très bien dormi.

Cons:

L'arrivée dans une chambre glaciale !, ça a mis du temps pour remonter la température.
Et même si la salle d'eau est propre et fonctionnelle, elle est trop petite.

Pros:

The young man on reception was exceptional, he could not have been more helpful. He was friendly and very polite. Slight struggle with language but we managed fine with phone translation tool when we were really stuck. We arrived quite late and he ordered take out food for us to be delivered and opened the eating area to accommodate us.

Cons:

Small room, no facility for making a drink.

Petits déjeuners très variés, parfait ! Personnel accueil très sympathique

Cons:

Hôtel fermé à 17h à notre arrivée. Il est vrai que je n'avais pas prévenu mais il était noté sur votre site que l'ouverture se fait à 15h. La personne est arrivée à 17h30. Passage pour aller aux toilettes devant un lavabo : hyper trop petit.

Je tiens à signaler que la literie est super confortable👏🏼👏🏼.
Le réceptionniste du soir a été très patient et agréable avec moi. Le pauvre je lui en ai posé des questions 😁
Le jeune dame du matin tout aussi agréable souriante 🙋🏼. Bon il manquait les œufs au petit déj,mais c'est un détail.
Si vous cherchez un restau,allez à Carbon Blanc c'est à 5 minutes chez " le Juliano ". Ces gens sont très très agréables et très accueillants. Et aussi le lliano Food, j'ai très apprécié l'accueil de la dame, souriante,pas celui du commerçant tordu,mais un franc sourire. Elle a pris le temps, m'a conseillé. Le top pour moi, et à 100m du Juliano. Ces 2 endroits,où j'ai vraiment apprécié de rentrer et perdre du temps c'est rare de me sentir bien dans un commerce, ils m'ont reconcilié avec . Bravo à eux 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Pros:

Propre et bien agencé. Salle de bain nickel. Literie de qualité.

Cons:

Lit enfant dangereux. Le matelas est tellement épais que la barrière ne sert casi à rien. Nous avons dû mettre le matelas au sol pour ne pas risquer une chute. Clim bruyante .
