Familien Aufenthalt
Pros:

Gut für eine Nacht. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Braute dringend eine Renovation für vier Sterne. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Renovations bedürftig. Toiletten funktionieren nich. Kein Wasser Viel Kalkablagerungen und nicht wirklich sauber.

Unkompliziert bei der Ankunft

Cons:

Die Ausstattung war alt, das Bett war ausgelegen, Die Bettlacken mit Flecken versehen und das Zahnglas war verkalkt.
Sehr ring hörig
Beim auschecken sprach man mit dem Bildschirm.
Das Frühstück war absolut schlecht für 20.-, für diesen Preis erwarte ich mehr.

While location was good and Patricia made it bearable, would not stay at hotel again.

Patricia, the front desk person (who was only there a few hours in the afternoon/evening.

Cons:

Ranked as 4 star Swiss hotel, but did not meet criteria. Breakfast was poor. Food was not fresh, No sausages with eggs. 24 front in-person desk did not exist (video from remote location was used for self check-in). Upon arrival room lacked soap, sink missing drain stopper, dust (bunnies) on floor, cigarette buds at entrance and around building, could not open window due to smoke. Staff polite but not friendly (except Patricia). Was supposed to be a Best Western property but was not. Hotel was generally run-down.

Endroit tranquille, promenades au lac faciles.
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse, tranquille et propre. L’équipe nous a offert un upgrade.

Cons:

L’ambiance froide dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Le buffet était correct mais sans plus.

Absolute Katastrophe
Pros:

In diesem Hotel gefällt nichts!!!

Cons:

Sauberkeit, unzumutbar! Bad, Toilette, Zimmer, das ganze Hotel erscheint schmuddelich! Das Frühstück, eine Frechheit. Hier ist jeder Euro zu viel! Die Matratze war schmutzig ( sieht augenscheinlich nach Urin aus).

Ich komme gerne wieder!
Pros:

Seenah, ruhiges, gemütliches Zimmer, ansprechendes Ambiente des Hotels und die feinen Burger muss man probiert haben. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut.
Mitarbeiterin beim Einckecken und beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig.
Im Abfall waren noch die Überresten der Vorgänger.
Bett mit teilweise kleinen Blutflecken.
Bei der Badewanne waren noch Haare auf dem Rand. Und die Dusche und der Boden waren völlig verkalcht.
Der Wasserkocher im Zimmer noch zur Hälfte mit Wasser gefüllt und föllig verkalcht.

Frühstück war i.O, jedoch lässt auch dort die Sauberkeit Raum nach oben offen.

Personal über einen Bildschirm und Mikrofon zu kontaktieren finde ich persönlich fragwürdig.
Vielleicht ist das der heutige Zeitgeist?
Ich bevorzuge lieber der Mensch.

Cons:

Dans l'idéal, nous aimerions être accueillies par une personne présente devant nous, et non par une personne depuis un écran, non présente !
Entrée de l'hôtel lugubre
Sanitaire "juste" propre, manquait papier ds sdb
Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner, car bcp trop cher.
