Die Lage am See ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Der Checkin per Video ist kein gasfreundliches Erlebnis. Ich verstehe die Personaleinsparungen aber für ein 4Stern Hotel nicht passend. Unbedingt den Hintergrund und das Licht bei den Video-Assistenen wechseln. Das kann man viel besser machen. Wirkt sehr kühl und für eine Konversation nicht einladend.

Parking devant, proximité du lac.

Cons:

Plus de staff en soirée et le dimanche. Une dame derrière un écran qui s'occupe de beaucoup de gens en même temps dans plusieurs hôtels. 10m pour faire remagnetiser ma carte de chambre a 21h30... 4 étoiles..?
Très forte odeur de grillade dans la chambre au dessus du restaurant de hamburger.
Restaurant oui, mais que des hamburgers a l'emporter.
Equipement des chambres vraiment standard. Sans âme. Pas de lumière au salon dans la "suite".

Tout était parfait. L'accueil par distance via un téléviseur pour l'enregistrement afin d'avoir la carte pour la chambre peut surprendre, mais n'est pas désagréable.

Hotel très bien situé . Pour un court séjour.
Pros:

Localisation pres de morat . la gentillesse des 3 personnes qu on a vues. Lit confortable.

Cons:

Le chek in via un écran. Le petit déjeuner cher pour ce que c était. L impression qu il n y avait pas un responsable. Cuvette des wc mal fixée... manque de soin et propreté.
