Pros:

The decoration in common parts and in the room are very nice and polished, the spa was very nice and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were very nice as well, quality and quantity. They unfortunately only have three options to choose from daily and no "a la carte", so for me a vegetarian I had only one choice, so that was a bit limiting and ennoying.

Cons:

I found the staff sometimes a bit regid on rules. I asked for a upper floor room and had to wait 1.5 hours (before unpacking) to be told I'd need to pay extra where it could have been said from the start. I was then confronted face to face about it with the manager (family owned) and had to justify the events (which made me very uncomfortable!). I really didn't like that at all and negatively impacted my stay there.

Personale cordiale, camera pulita e colazione molto buona.

Pros:

Staff were super friendly, the room comfortable and with a great view. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. Nice touches with spa kit included . Great to have a small gym and spa with complimentary hot drinks

Cons:

Maybe the gym could do with some more fresh air, and the whirlpool a bit warmer, and there's limited parking in front of the hotel (more 150mt away), but these are minor details, overall it was a great stay

In generale buono ma con orari da ampliare.
Pros:

È la seconda volta dopo 4 anni che torniamo in questo hotel perchè la prima volta ci eravamo trovati abbastanza bene, il ristorante è stato riammodernato ed è molto carino, ma le camere non sono cambiate. In generale un buon hotel ma con tante cose da migliorare.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuta principalmente la disponibilità di orari dell'hotel in quanto la mattina la colazione parte dalle 07.30 e se uno ha degli impegni sulle piste è costretto a saltarla, e poi la cosa peggiore è la sera, alle 22.30 chiudono tutto e vanno via tutti, secondo me per un hotel quattro stelle è inconcepibile.
