Good location close to central square and 20 min walk from Alhambra. Close to some excellent restaurants.
Helpful staff with good suggestions on things to do.
You have to visit a sister hotel, 5 mins walk away, for breakfast. Parking is close by but expensive.
La ubicación es inmejorable, estás en todo el centro de Granada.
La habitación estaba limpia, pero el colchón se notaba que tenía bastante tiempo, al igual que las almohadas que tenían rota la funda. En una cama de 135 teníamos 2 almohadas de 105 y para estar con una era pequeña y con las 2 sobraba mucho almohada.
Cogimos solamente el alojamiento, ya que por allí al lado tiene mucha variedad tanto para desayunar, como para comer y cenar.
Si vas en coche tienes que pasar por zona ZBE, te registran ellos en el ayuntamiento, pero no es fácil de llegar.
Lo único que no me gustó mucho es que tienes que pasar por todo el comedor del restaurante cada vez que llegas o te vas.

La decoración del hotel y la estructura del edificio es fascinante.
Que las camas fueran dos separadas en vez una de matrimonio.
Location is amazing just off of the Plaza Nueva and river Darro. Easy walk to Alhambra, Albaicin and Central areas including Cathedral. Nice spacious rooms with balcony and high ceilings. Comfy bed and all at a great price for the area. The key to your room and front door opened with a swipe from your phone once set up by the reception. Would definitely stay again. The downstairs bar and event room is beautiful.
There is no permanent reception and we had to go across the square to the sister hotel to do the official check in passport scans etc. However, they were lovely, there to meet us on arrival and made sure we had our rooms and were comfortable prior to doing the formalities. If i was to be overly critical the rooms were a bit basic, but you aren't paying for a 5 star hotel, so was more than adequate.

great location right in the center. we parked our car around the bus station (for free) and took a bus to the city center to arrive the hotel. hotel architecture was quite interesting and room was very big. overall it was clean and great for the value. the hotel was mostly empty, we have not seen a single person after we checked in.
we had to wait some time to check in as there is not an actual reception area in the hotel. dont wait too much after ringing the bell, just give them a call to reduce the waiting time:) the breakfast is not offered in the hotel premises, they have an agreement with another hotel restaurant, not so far from the hotel. we have not tried it, so i cannot comment on it but it would have been nice if the hotel was offering its own breakfast.

La decoración era muy original, así como la distribución de las habitaciones, equipadas con todo lo que se pueda esperar de un hotel así.
La ubicación del hotel es maravillosa con muy buena combinación para ir a cualquier lugar
El mismo hotel no tiene parking (aunque hay acuerdos con otros hoteles cercanos), la zona está restringida a la circulación de vehículos propios
Non si tratta di un classico hotel, ma di un palazzo storico arredato in modo tradizionale-kitch con un ristorante all'interno dell'ex patio e le camere ai piani superiori. Quindi non c'é una vera e propria reception. Certo, il palazzo ha visto tempi migliori, ma per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, siamo rimasti contenti. La camera ed il bagno erano molto grandi con soffitti altissimi. Mi é piaciuto molto che la camera fosse arredata in stile tradizionale con mobili di legno scuri, invece del solito arredamento "tutto uguale" in greige..
Il personale si trova nel secondo albergo quindi l'unico contatto é attraverso whatsapp.
Le signore delle pulizie potrebbero impegnarsi di più.
Il Palazzo si trova su una vasta piazza praticamente sotto la collina dell'Alhambra, quindi non asepttatevi un aloggio silenzioso.
