La ubicación, la habitación era amplia y agradable la decoración

Cons:

Le faltaba luz al baño y no tenia llaves para apagar y prender la luz desde la cama. No habia veladores

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, céntrica y a un paso de todas las rutas turísticas a pie o en bus. Me gustó también la intimidad del establecimiento, su tranquilidad a la noche.

Cons:

El baño y cierta falta de mantenimiento de las instalaciones de fontanería, algunas paredes deterioradas por humedad.

Beautiful Hotel in a central location
Pros:

I loved the antique vibe of this hotel - seemed like I was staying in an ancient castle with all the facilities.

Cons:

Lighting was very little in the room. The corner where I kept my luggagae - room 103 - had no light on the top and I had to unpack/pack with my phone's torch.

Good value ,comfortable ,my second visit and would book again
Pros:

All staff friendly ,nothing too much trouble .
Pierre took the time to ask how our day was and was helpful with tips to enjoy Granada at its best .
Authentic ,non pretentious comfortable hotel

Cons:

Not really a bother ,but we were kept waiting 25 mins on arrival to get into our room .

Nice meal in restaurant quite small portions
